We offer a pleasant 75m² detached house with a garden and reversible air conditioning in Biscarrosse Bourg. Ideally located, you are 1.4km from the town center and 3.3km from Lake Latécoère. You can easily cycle to the lake, perfect for boating or paddleboarding with family or friends and exploring our lovely Landes cycle paths. You are also just 10km from the ocean for surfing lessons or relaxing on the beach. The house comprises an entrance hall leading to the main livingarea: a lounge furnished with a sofa and coffee table, TV with Wi-Fi, several board games, and a dining area with a large table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped (oven, kettle, extractor hood, coffee maker, dishwasher, etc.). There are three bedrooms, each with a double bed (140cm), storage space, and lights with fans. A shower room and a separate WC provide added comfort. A utility room/laundry room with a washing machine. Several baby items are available (cot, bathtub, high chair). You can also enjoy a lovely terrace with garden furniture, a clothesline, a barbecue, and a landscaped garden. Parking is available on the property. You can park upon arrival and, if you wish, set off by bicycle to visit the market, have a coffee on a terrace, or, for the more athletic, cycle to the ocean to enjoy the sunset and dine at our beachfront restaurants. A sunny holiday awaits!
