Modern home with dog-friendly yard, private pool/hot tub, pickleball & fast WiFi

This is a very nice home with a luxurious master bedroom, terrific kitchen, beautiful landscaping outside, and a very long list of amenities including an EV charger and a home generator, if electrical service should fail. We arrived as a hurricane was passing off the coast and Vacasa (the property manager) was of no help when we tried reaching out for a local contact. Vacasa gave us plenty of phone numbers that were all self-looping. Upon arriving at the property there was a strong natural gas smell around the gas grill, and it was up to us to locate and shutoff the gas. While touring on our first full day, someone did visit the property and stow outdoor equipment away for the storm, but it was never returned once the storm passed. The swimming pool was heated, but that heat was not present after the equipment was stowed (possibly related). We also have two minor complaints: 1) there was no body wash, only shampoo and conditioner, and 2) only two towels were provided per person for a 4 day stay (bathing, pool, hot tub, and sauna). Really - 2 towels. However, there was a washing machine and dryer, if needed. But, I'm on vacation, so I'm not doing a load of towels!

Great house for family fun.

The property was so perfect we almost didnt need to leave.

We had an awesome week at this beautiful home! Loved the pool, hot tub, pickleball court, game room and karaoke! The house was spacious, super clean and located in a lovely neighborhood. The “dog park” side yard was an added bonus for our pup and they even had a crate for him! The car charger in the garage was also helpful. There is a boat launch a mile away where we were able to paddle board (brought our own boards) across a beautiful bay to a strip of beach (permit parking only but you can drop car at the Woodland Preserve parking up the street). They did not have much for cooking supplies and no tea kettle or wine glasses but otherwise they had everything we needed to stay entertained and relaxed! We definitely recommend this property highly!

We loved our time in this house. The backyard was incredible - especially with a toddler that needed lots of entertainment. The heated pool, hot tub, pickleball court (more for scooting and kicking a soccer ball) and playground were perfect. The fenced in backyard was ideal for bringing our family dog. The house was clean, easy to navigate and wonderful location. Five stars for sure!

Great home for purposes of a family gathering or in our case a local wedding.

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to Mashpee Commons, beaches, etc. Very clean with lots of amenities and gorgeous, private outdoor space with large pool. We had a couple of small issues and Vacasa staff were very responsive. Highly recommend.

Our grandchildren loved this home! The pool, the game room, swing set, etc.

This property is absolutely amazing. The home was very clean and maintained well. The owner provided bed and bath linens, starter shower items, paper products, dish soap and dish detergent. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, as well as some basic cooking items (spices, oil, etc.). The amenities make this property even more spectacular. The basement games provided us entertainment at night, while the outdoor amenities provided during the day. Our kids loved the sandbox and swingset, while us adults enjoyed the pickleball court and sauna. We all enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. We wish we had booked longer just to enjoy the property. You will not be disappointed if you book this property! A few things I would recommend bringing (determined on length of stay): Beach towels for the pool and hot tub, extra paper towels and toilet paper, laundry detergent and softener or dryer sheets, and kitchen towels.

Plenty of room to spread out and relax! We had 10 people in the house but never felt crowded. The game room downstairs was a huge hit with the kids. And the hot tub and sauna were just what was needed after long day.
