Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time! The house was fully stocked, very clean, had a great layout, and the neighborhood was very quiet. We really enjoyed the main floor of the house. It was a wonderful place to relax and hang out. It was also great to have a garage, hot tub, and we loved the balcony. Also the house location was excellent and very close to Beaver Creek. Would absolutely stay here again!

    The house was very well appointed and stocked. Beautifully decorated. It’s located on a cul-de-sac walking distance to the town center of Edwards. There’s also a wonderful paved bike path from Edwards to Vail along the river if interested. The only potential issue with the house is the amount of stairs, as the three non-master bedrooms are on the lowest level (entrance is on top level), which required our oldest guests (grandparents) to navigate lots of stairs to enter and exit the house. This would likely be problematic for anyone who has mobility issues. Otherwise, house was perfect for our needs!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying near Edwards as it is super convenient and central to lots of activities. You can walk, or a one minute drive, to the grocery store and several restaurants. 5 minute drive to Beaver Creek village and several local parks. We loved this house so much we entertained several nights and grilled out and ate on the patio. The large living and dining room was perfect for everyone to spread out and play board games, read books and watch movies. The kitchen was well appointed and we wanted for nothing. Would stay here again 10/10 times. Thank you!

    We loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for my husband, 4 year old daughter and 1 year old son, and grandma and grandpa. The first floor (entry level) had the master bedroom, which was beautiful and very spacious, the 2nd floor down had two living areas and kitchen and full bath, and the third floor down had three bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. We stayed on the bottom floor with our two children and gave the master to the grandparents. The management company checked in with us every day and made sure that we had everything we needed. The house felt brand new and very clean. I only wish they had a crib sheet for the porta crib. We used twin sheets and our son was just fine. Great house and wonderful management company. We will stay her again!

    We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, and we loved the private hot tub. Communication with the host was easy and they were responsive. We loved skiing at Beaver Creek and the condo was an easy drive to the ski resort.
