Modern Home Near Disneyland, Beaches, and Little Saigon

The host was great! Awesome communication. Location was good for us and our girls softball tournament. However, on Vrbo it says Midwest City, but it is actually in Westminster. They are very close. The dishwasher was out of service and I think has been for a while.

The house was clean and set up nice inside but the house itself is set on a lot with what looked like two other small homes. The blinds have to stay closed the whole visit because if you open them you are the wall of another person’s back yard- there is no fence or privacy. The pictures in the post show a large driveway and garage. We only had access to 1 spot (of the 3 available) on the driveway, and no access to the garage. Then street parking was really bad. The streets were packed in the evenings with parked cars as it appears many of the lots in this neighborhood have been zoned for high density. We had to park our second vehicle down the street multiple times. But the most frustrating part for us was the constant texts from the host. I appreciate the first few texts to let us know they have our info and are expecting us and then the one with the entry instructions. But beyond that, it started to feel intrusive. We received multiple texts morning and night asking if we were “ok”. I said multiple times that I would reach out to them if we needed anything. The constant texts, the location of the house in that very tight property and bad parking options made it a place we wouldn’t return to. It’s sort of a sidenote, but be aware that if you pay the damage deposit instead of buying the VRBO insurance, it takes 14 days after checking out to get it back. We’re still waiting on a 3000 hold to drop off our card.

Our stay was great it was nice clean quiet and close to everything we needed.

It was a nice play to stay, the host was very accommodating, a good location to get to several attractions in the area.
