Modern home-like 3BR2BA Retreat/Minutes to T

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The listing is very accurate, and everything was just as described. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, making it a very comfortable place to stay. We were able to find street parking fairly easily—especially on the weekends.A couple of small notes for future guests: there were only three wine glasses when we arrived, so we donated three more to the collection. Also, we couldn’t find any sheet pans in the kitchen. Not a big deal for us, but just something to keep in mind if you’re planning to do any baking.One big plus is that there’s a fantastic grocery store, The Daily, just a short walk away. It made picking up essentials super convenient.Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay here again!

Great location, close to amenities, nightlife and transportation. Condo was clean and it was perfect for our quick weekend trip.

We were very pleased with our stay, everything in the listing was accurate, parking, transit. Beds were very comfy, showers were great and the appliances were all new. I would definitely stay there again

This is a nice property for a group. We decided to use rideshare instead of trying to find parking and it wasn't too bad. Good availability from pickup. There's a small grocery within walking distance! There's not a lot of pots and pans, but with a little imagination, we made things work!

We had a great time. The location was perfect we were 15 minutes from everything we did. Neighborhood was nice. There was no parking for the residence but we never had an issue with parking. I will say is on the 2nd floor which was not in the description. The downstairs neighbors were loud one night and woke us up at 2am. Overall it was a great stay.

We were a large family group and the apartment was very comfortable. The location is excellent, easy to walk to the train station, shops etc.

Great place plenty of room, easy to get to Local transportation. Most of all clean ! Would definitely stay here again.

The stay was great. In a nice neighborhood and walkable to restaurants. Across the street from a CVS so if you forget anything you can easily find it. Parking at first was confusing, but once it was understood, it was not a big problem. I would recommend.

It is a cute, comfortable, really clean apartment. Lots of comfy sleeping areas, nice, new appliances, everything you need for a relaxing enjoyable stay in Boston! Close to transit, restaurants and stores. There was 5 of us in our party, it was great to come to every night after our long days of sight seeing!!! We really enjoyed our stay in this cute Vrbo!!! Beautiful and spotless (and I mean spotless) 2nd floor apartment. Easy check in/out. Easy street parking on weekends (Friday after 7pm through Monday 7am) for non-residents. Property owner lives 2 blocks away and is easy to reach by phone or messaging through the Vrbo app. One of the smoke detectors kept inadvertently going off as soon as we arrived. I messaged the owner, who replied back and showed up in less than five minutes. One note (that has nothing to do with the space), when we were there, the city was doing construction about a block away and jackhammers started going off at 8am on Saturday. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay but there are a few things which would make it better. The original listing did not mention it was on the second floor. Our party were all seniors. A safe was listed and when I asked, I was told that meant it was a safe area! There was no information book, I had to call on how to control air conditioner. We fumbled with the TV. There was no information on trash or check out instructions except the time. There were no paper towels or dish towels in kitchen. The listing states up to nine people, but only one hair dryer, could have been a problem if we had more females. The washer and dryer were running when we arrive for us to finish. Both were overloaded and it took 3 loads to dry the six sets of sheets and pillowcases left in the washer. These are minor problems easily corrected. We are only offering this input to help in future renting. Thank you

Property manager was very responsive. Location is convenient - within two blocks of subway and near cafe’s, grocery and a Walgreen’s.

This was an amazing find! Very clean and plenty of space. We loved the location and atmosphere.

Accidentally locked ourselves out and the owner immediately responded even though it was late evening. The property was amazing and accommodated 7 of us with room to spare.

The listing was just as it shows. We loved it. Great space. Walkable neighborhood for groceries and lunch/dinner or brunch spots.

This is a great property, it was located next to restaurants, stores min from the T. The host was super responsive when I reached out with a few minor issues..
