Owners were always immediately available. Home was spacious. Loved the rooftop deck with 3 loveseats and clean hot tub.
Great architecture and design, very stylish and comfortable. Shalini had everything we needed including a welcome basket, house and ABQ book and coffee. The house is very spacious indoors and out with plenty of privacy when needed. Shalini if is a terrific host, she met us on arrival to give us a quick orientation and was available to us during our stay. We look forward to our next visit!
Excellent Location, Spacious, the Piano is good if you play. Very easy to deal with. I would say that due to the open nature of living areas, they aren't great for sleeping persons 7-10. There is room in the bedrooms for the twin blow-up mattresses that the owner provides, and they worked OK, but if you are truly looking to sleep 10, I would get the details worked out ahead of time.
The property was conveniently located off of the highway. It was a nice house for 6-8 people. We didn't know that the owners actually live in the house so they had bunch of their own stuff, the kitchen was well stocked, some of the bedroom closets were locked(bcoz they had their stuff). The owners were very nice and friendly. It's just that the heating system was a bit weird, if you crank up the heat the upstairs will get hot like oven, if you lower the heat the downstairs will be too cold. The bedding could have been of a better quality and so are the bath towels.
