The home is part of a small group of modern townhomes called “The Mews” designed by award-winning architects Corsini & Stark.

The open-floorplan living and dining rooms open fully to central courtyard patio to provide true indoor-outdoor living. Retractable awning covers the patio for extra shade and keeping the main level cool.

Fountains on entryway and courtyard patios provide extra Zen. 65” HD TV in living room has full Spectrum cable with Apple TV and all streaming apps (Amazon Prime & Music, HBO Max, Netflix, Pandora).

Upstairs features the master suite with new Beautyrest hybrid king size bed (adjustable) and large en suite bathroom.

Second bedroom has a full (double) size bed with TV (55”HD also with Apple TV and Spectrum). Adjoining full bathroom.

Also upstairs is a private den/office for work or relaxation - large desk and ergonomic leather chair, with high speed Internet and guests are free to use the iMac desktop & printer. There's an oversized leather chair and Davenport chair with ottoman great for work or relaxation. The layout of the house is great for those who need to retreat for work, some quiet time or a private Zoom call while others are enjoying the rest of the home.

Blinds and drapes throughout the house for extra privacy, shade and comfort -- including blackout blinds on first level, in master bedroom, blackout drapes in second bedroom .

Attached garage behind security gate for one car. Electric Vehicle charger in garage - Tesla and universal adapter. Garage not available June-September. Plenty of free street parking in front of the home — safe, quiet street and no permit required. Just Important when parking on the street to follow the signs — move your car to the other side of the street on designated street cleaning days or you will get ticketed.

There is a Rite Aid and a CVS within a few blocks of our home, just in case you forgot anything. Vons is just around the corner.

Very close to Griffith Park, great for hiking and best views of the whole city. Atwater Village is located between Hollywood and Glendale, just 20-25 minutes by car from Downtown LA to the south and Pasadena to the east. This is the hip east side of LA - Los Feliz, Silver Lake and Echo Park are all just 10-15 minutes away by car.

There are security cameras located all around the EXTERIOR of the property (no cameras are located inside the home).

These cameras are monitored 24 hours a day and are there for your safety, your vehicle if parked in front and for the safety of the property.

Very comfortable, private space on a quiet street. Safe, walkable neighborhood near great restaurants, shops and cafes. This home is the perfect base for your L.A. adventures!

    We had an incredible stay at this beautifully renovated home in Glendale. The space is bright, open, and thoughtfully designed from top to bottom. The open-concept layout made it easy to relax and enjoy time together, with a gorgeous kitchen and living room that felt both stylish and welcoming.The master bedroom is huge, with an equally stunning ensuite bathroom that felt like a spa. The guestroom was cozy and comfortable, with its own bathroom and shower nearby — perfect for visitors or extra privacy. There’s also a large office space, which made it easy to get some work done when needed.Outside, the yard is just as lovely — a peaceful space to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Every corner of the house reflects care and attention to detail, from the décor to the layout. Having a garage for parking was also a huge bonus.Highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in the Glendale area. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of thought and heart into creating a truly special space.

    Jeffrey is an excellent, prompt communicator. He is very accommodating. Easy to be at home there. Well stocked. All the conveniences worked with a plus a bidet-toilet in the master bath. Convenient location to visit LA sites.

    We stayed one week for my son’s fall break/a brief work trip for me. Rented a car-street parking always safe and easy. Close access to Griffith Park, Zoo, Universal, and lots of great restaurants. Rental is exactly as listed with all the conveniences of home and more. Communication with hosts excellent. Would definitely stay here again and recommend the property to others 10/10!

    Fantastic spacious vacation rental that was convenient for all the attractions we wanted to hit in our first family trip to LA. After long days of hard touring, it was so nice to come back to Jeffrey's place to recharge. Having a garage also made un/loading easier as street parking did get busy at times. It was a pleasure dealing with a wonderfully engaged property owner in Jeffrey. Checkin/out was easy. Thanks for all the helpful tips about LA!

    This is a fantastic house! It's modern and clean with all the amenities. The location was perfect - central to all of our disparate activities while we were in Los Angeles for the week.     My partner and I came for work and his daughter and husband joined us. It’s the perfect space for two couples. I was super busy leading up to the trip so the excellent communication from the owner and ease of check in was appreciated. The space is beautiful, modern and very clean. We had zero issues. Having access to the parking space was nice too. Would stay here again any time.

    Loved our stay at the Atwater Village house! The modern finishes, the incredible patio with indoor/outdoor capabilities and the quiet spaces for everyone to retreat to when we all needed a break from one another - all made for a super vacation. Great gathering spot with plenty of restaurants and fun bakeries close by. Jeffrey was a phenomenal host - with super communication, ensuring our stay was a good one! We will be back next round to visit our LA kiddo.

    The property is very well maintained and well stocked for an extended stay (we stayed a week). Location is extremely convenient to major shops and restaurants in Glendale and also very close to a major highway. The host was very thorough in providing clear instructions regarding the house and was very easy to reach with any follow-up questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a rental home in LA.

    Great townhome in a wonderful neighborhood. Easy access to the 5 fwy and walkable to many lovely local spots. Exceptional communication from the host and good amenities throughout. I would happily stay here again the next time I'm in LA.

    Over the past several years we have visited our daughter in LA and stayed at various VRBOs...Jeffrey's condo is HANDS DOWN the very BEST!!! Situated in a quiet Los Feliz neighborhood it exudes stylish elegance yet is comfortably homey. Our entire experience was wonderful as Jeffrey provides excellent property information covering all aspects a visitor needs from check in to departure. The condo offers all the necessary amenities...and more. It is beautifully furnished, has modern appliances and is spotlessy clean. Its the total package if youre searching for a VRBO in Los Angeles. Its certainly our top choice for our next trip to visit our daughter!!
