Our single level 1,650 square foot home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is located just over 2 miles from the heart of historic downtown Durango. Enjoy the alpine scenery and being close to all the incredible amenities and recreation you come to Durango to experience. Its a less then 5 minute walk to the best liquor store in town (Star Liquor), the best bakery (Bread) and several restaurants.

The homefeatures the usual amenities including a fully stocked kitchen, fast WIFI, 2 car garage, cable TV etc. There is an AC Unit in the master bedroom.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: VRC has been there for us over the last 2 years with various weekly rental while we made our decision to move Durango. With our previous house sold and no house to move into, Metz Lane offered the perfect interim solution until we finally found a house. Our dog was safe and secure in a well fenced back yard. The home was very comfortable and well maintained. I highly recommend this property and VRC.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We used this service when we needed a place to stay in town while work was being done on our home. It was very convenient being located in town (though a bit less convenient once the work on 32nd St began).The staff were all very responsive to our needs, as were the owners. The house is comfortable and the backyard is lovely.
