Modern Hill Country Farmhouse - Amazing Views!!!

Spacious layout excellent for our 6 adults. Exceptionally clean and convenient. Well stocked amenities. Monica was always timely in response to my questions. Would highly recommend this property. Hands down the nicest property we’ve stayed in.

Great communication - nice and comfortable home!

We were in Dripping Springs for a Wedding and the house was really nice and clean. I was traveling with my parents who are older and the house layout was perfect. They were able to use the downstairs master and my Brother and I used the upstairs bedrooms and bath. The patios had a nice view. The kitchen was well equipped and we even were able to use a steamer that was in the master bedroom to steam our dresses. The keyless access was convenient and there is a gas station nearby that had a nice selection of items and a grocery store HEB that was nearby to pick up some breakfast food. MyDad bought his own Keurig coffee so it was nice he could make his coffee like he is used to doing. The house is non smoking and my Dad was able to smoke outside the house as long as he didn’t throw cigarette buds on the ground (burn ban in effect) and just safer we had him put them in an empty water bottle that had a little water left in the bottom that insured we did not have any issues.The house has some smart house features like turning the lights on and off. Also we had the cutest little doe visit the patio at the house our last morning she was beautiful. I was also able to walk on the street and around the house. The terrain around the house is hilly, lots of rocks and uneven land. I walked on the street the traffic was very light and I got a great workout walking back up to the house from the bottom of the road WOW was that a steep walk.

Return stay for a Girls Trip - we found the house very clean, well stocked, comfortable, and in a great location! Would highly recommend for a stay in the area.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We immensely over watching the sunset on the porch with its stunning views. We will definitely stay again upon our return to the area.

Loved the balconies and views at this hillside home. The location was close to the shops in downtown Dripping Springs and the HEB. Everything was as described in the listing and I had no issues. It was a lovely stay. Thank you!

This house is perfect! I wish I could give it 10 stars, the location is great- super close to everything downtown Drip. The rooms were spacious, comfortable and very cozy. The kitchen is incredibly organized and well stocked. The views are STUNNING. Morning, afternoon, evening they did not disappoint. And we enjoyed seeing deer too! Can’t say enough good things about this house, we will be back!

Our stay here for my daughter's wedding weekend in Dripping Springs was outstanding!! Monica, our property manager, was super friendly and responsive to messages from the first day we booked. Her communications and instructions matched perfectly with on site experience. Very clean and professionally managed. Close to HEB grocery and other local amenities (Starbucks). Gorgeous home and views as reflected in the online photos. I would highly recommend booking a stay here. We are already considering our next future opportunity to return.

Stayed here with our family and a couple of friends for a wedding in Dripping Springs. The house was great. Morning coffee on the patio is a must with all of the wildlife about. House was spacious enough for our family of four and two other friends who stayed with us.

Would not hesitate to stay here again and I completely agree with the 10/10 reviews. Cleanest house we have ever rented, quiet and the hosts are outstanding.

We enjoyed the stay. The dusk and dawn wildlife was fun to video. Lots of deer in the neighborhood. Would recommend.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding in Dripping Springs. It was perfect. The second floor deck has an amazing view. The house was clean and well kept. Beautiful place to stay.

We had a great time, the house and views are beautiful! The patio/deck was so nice to sit on and see the views including some deer! The house was so comfortable and had everything we could have possibly needed/wanted.

The property was perfect for our family of five. Adults had a bedroom, the teen had a bedroom the kids shared the last bedroom. Huge kitchen and living room were just right for entertaining friends one night. And the hilltop views were gorgeous off of the patios. Plenty of Deer on the property as well. Overall it was a great experience and we’ll probably do it again in the fall.

We came in town for a family wedding and wanted a little more space and privacy than a hotel. This house was perfect! Close to everything yet had great views off of the decks and was in a quiet neighborhood. We saw a fox and deer. The house was pristinely clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. Bonus bluetooth speaker in the kitchen! Thank you for sharing your delightful home with us.

We were in town for a family friend's wedding. We have adult children that were attending as well so we would have needed 2 separate rooms at a hotel. So instead, we decided on a VRBO for basically the same price but had all the conveniences and luxury of our own home. This place exceeded our expectations - really nice home with a beautiful view and very clean. The host was wonderful as well - great communication. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, great location for where we were going, and scenery is gorgeous from outside balconies. Bell Winery recommended near them. Only complaint was upstairs beds not that comfortable and as in description be prepared for critters.

This property is exceptional, we loved the view and the wildlife. The house was clean and had everything we needed for six people. We also liked how it is centrally located to all of the vineyards and hill country towns. We will be booking this one again.

We were in the area for my niece’s wedding. The property is beautiful. We were able to enjoy cooler mornings on the balcony and one sunset while we were there. Nice area near the wedding venue. Would stay here again.
