Stayed Apr 11, 2025Great Location and some wonderful updates to property. Hard to figure out how to check in as the listing said contact owner. Had wireless internet issues that were quickly resolved by the owner with good communication. The house had some nice updates but screen door to front of house was busted and the hinge was loose and easy to run into and get injured. Rat traps throughout the house didn't exactly give you a wonderful feeling. No sheets on the bed as it was just a comforter. Movie projector said lamp life exceeded on the screen and it took time to figure out how to cancel the message. Kitchen was not very well equipped. Pollen everywhere (I get it that it was spring but so easy to track into the house upon arrival.

Property needs deep cleaning, clean patio screens and ceiling fan; major updates, new windows, new kitchen cabinets, new closet and bedroom doors, sectional furniture in great room, new towels, and seal kitchen floor/cabinet interface to prevent palmetto bugs from entering. Also cannot run outside lights when using garbage disposal or else will trip circuit breaker.

Stayed Sep 16, 2019This property and it’s management, were perfect for our needs. Clear and concise information with photos that accurately represented the property and they even managed to arrange perfect weather for us. Any Email was answered in minutes and a request to replace the propane tank was handled quickly and seamlessly. The biggest bonus was the screened in porch that served as a conversation room and office for hours. Thank you Rudy

Stayed Aug 6, 2019Very enjoyable few days for 2 couples at this lovely house. Great location in a quiet cul de sac that overlooks the tee and fairway of Pinehurst #3, hole #12. We appreciated being able to bring our little dog. Close to everything at the Pinehurst Resort which was just wonderful for the golfers in the group. The spa at the resort was fabulous. The house is fairly well equipped and very comfortable. Huge television and pool table in the great room was fun. The owner/property manager arranged tee times at 3 different courses and was very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend.
