Stayed Mar 31, 2025The rental is new, it is right off a major road with lots of traffic. If you're a light sleeper you will have to use a fan or noise machine.No initial welcome email with rental info, location, etc. Had to email and then call day of arrival for it. No wifi code had to ask for it.Host blamed VRBO for not sending it...Host was extremely slow to respond to messages through VRBO so I had to message and call. Each time she was in meetings all day and took a day or longer to respond.No fire extinguisher or first aid kit!Upon arriving I noticed kitchen appliances are very limited. No regular skillet, no toaster, no kitchen towels, drying rack or mat. Assistant did bring a few items byWell stocked coffee bar? There was a coffee maker. No coffee or creamers as photos show.Beds were VERY uncomfortable..the mattresses are new but obviously cheap.If we hadn't been staying 4 nights it wouldn't have been a big deal..Host didn't acknowledge my text. I gave her 8 hours and called. When she answered and I introduced myself she handed her phone over to her teenage assistant without so much as an explanation. Sooo rude..At the end of the day she found us a topper for the King bed and bought one for the queen. We appreciated it even if I felt like it was pulling teeth to get her to do it.Overall the rental was nice but Host didn't have it together.
