Kelly is a wonderful hostess. She was very responsive to any needs and very respectful of our space when workers had to come on property. We thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood too. Great location. Great access to get around the east valley.

We had an extended stay at this property during construction on our home in Chandler. Kelly was an excellent hostess. She responded to any concerns we had in a very timely manner.We absolutely love this neighborhood. It’s very walkable, very family oriented, and there are a lot of dogs.Highly recommend this property.

Our stay was amazing! Loved the layout of the house the back yard. The house had everything we need. I loved the open concept of the house. The house was very clean and organized. Had everything you could possibly need in the home. We were able to relax and decompress. We will definitely come back. Kelly was awesome and very accommodating!

Kelly was great to work with. The location and amenities were just what we needed to help us with college move in. Theres plenty of room for 6 adults. So if you’re looking for great value and proximity to ASU this is perfect.

Gorgeous vacation rental in a quiet neighbourhood but close to everything you need. Loved the outdoor space and pool area. It is well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Well designed interior. Would definitely recommend.

This was a very clean property that had everything we needed. Stylishly decorated and the beds/rooms were very comfortable. We enjoyed the patio on Sunday evening, sat around the firepit and played cornhole. One of the top 5 vacation rentals I have stayed in over the years (we do 3-4 a year) just for how well it was put together. Communication w Kelly was great, I would recommend to family and friends. It was a very enjoyable stay during our couple of days in Phoenix.

Such a beautiful home away from home. Didn't want to leave! Lovely decor, sparkling clean. Bed sooo comfy. Kitchen has all the mod cons.

Our family had a great time staying at Modern GEM. The quiet neighborhood felt very safe and everything we needed was nearby. The location provided the perfect jumping off point for several day trips and activities. It was also nice to be able to come home and enjoy the pool and covered patio as a family. We will definitely plan to stay here again.
