Modern furnished villa with three bed- bathrooms with private swimming pool.

Everything as promised. Good management and quick replies. Heated pool worked well. Location is a bit off. Some parts of the house is starting to show signs of aging. Not any major things, but aircon seems to sometimes have it's own life, some doors jammed against the floor, sofas a bit worn down.

Overall we were happy with the accommodation but it was showing some real signs of poor maintenance and upkeep. this could be down in part to the ongoing issues with the pandemic but the outside area (around the pool in particular) was littered with cigarette ends and very overgrown with vegetation. We also felt it was very isolated and far from the local amenities that can make a a good holiday a great holiday. It was 2 taxis twice a day to get up and down from the village as the hill and blistering heat made it impossible to consider walking (plus there was areas of the road to the village with no footpath)

The villa itself was clean and tidy and very spacious, ideal for 6 people with good showering facilities and plenty of hot water. All other facilities within the villa was fine with the exception of the A/C in the master bedroom which didn't seem to work possibly because the filters were blocked. The outside garden and pool areas is where the main problems lie. The terraces and pool patio had not been cleaned for some time, an attempt to hose these down ended in the pool patio being flooded, on inspection found 2 garden drains completely blocked which I was unable to clear. This area flooded again when we had heavy rain the following day resulting in the area being dirty for our entire holiday. The garden was completely dry and in need of watering , none of the watering systems appeared to be working, no gardener attended during our stay. The pool itself lacked proper cleaning the skimmer box and around the water line was green but the main problem was the bottom drain cover was broken which could result in someone getting their foot caught in it, this should be addressed with some urgency as it is a health and safety issue. The pool light was also not working. The area around the pool had some broken tiles one of which was quite dangerous. The pool shower room was totally unusable discarded sunbeds, bedding in black bags, damaged lilo's and broken pool toys, Just not acceptable. No pool attendant attended during our stay. Some sunbeds and chairs were cracked and broken and the concrete umbrella support was broke in half. The awning on the upper terrace is in poor condition and was coming away from its fixing this was held up by an acro. The BBQ was a no no I would not eat anything cooked on this. All in all the villa was fine but the outside areas are in a tired state and in serious need of some TLC. The photo's of this villa are obviously quite old and do not reflect the true condition of the outside areas. I am sorry to complain so much but feel the owners if not aware they need to be made aware.

I would highly recommend this villa. Lots of space, perfect for a family. Lovely swimming pool and terraces with a beautiful view. Great location ,as many areas along the coast are accessible with in minutes. You would have to have a car as it’s not really suitable for pedestrians. The pueblo is situated a few minutes above the villa with supermarkets and local shops. It’s also located a few minutes from the Butterfly park which is worth a visit. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in the villa, it is very private and yet only minutes away from many bustling resorts .

Lovely villa at a fantastic location. The villa was nice and clean at arrival, But there were no pool cleaning during the 3 weeks that we stayed. Easy and quick communication with the owner.

We stayed in the villa in December 2018, and it was great to have so much space for all 6 of us. The villa is roomy and each bedroom has an en suite. It's in a quiet location, which meant we could sit out on the balcony at any time and enjoy the sunshine in December. It was possible to see the sea from the rooftop, but from the balcony there were only a few gaps in the neighbour's trees. However, that wasn't a problem. We had hoped to use the pool, but unfortunately the pool heating wasn't working (but we had been told in advance about that) and the sun doesn't come to that part of the garden at that time of year, so the water was icy cold. We walked and used the local taxi service rather than hiring a car; there are no supermarkets in walking distance, though, and no bus stops nearby. Thank you for letting us stay in your villa, and we would definitely consider coming again.

We have just arrived home today and had to write a review. On arrival at the villa we could not believe the size of the villa. The pictures really don’t do it justice. The privacy is also great you can’t see into another building from anywhere in the villa. Our children spent hours in the private pool. The villa was clean and everything was in working order with everything you could have needed available. I couldn’t recommend this villa more. The only thing I would say is get a car as it is surrounded by hills and by car it was 5-10 minutes everywhere. Walking would be closer to a hour to hour and half. Great villa, great location, clean, private and all amenities you could need.

Very spacious villa the rooms are all a good size. Nice big kitchen with outside terrace. Pool was perfect size with the sun all day. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back again

We had wonderful 14 days in this nice house.The pool,garden and terraces are very nice and the house is perfectly situated in a quite area between the beach and the pueblo.We were 6 adults and there are plenty off space. We would definitely recommend this house

The property is in excellent condition, its very clean and spacious. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool. Excellent views and close to all amenities. My family and I loved it and will be booking again for next year.
