Modern Farmhouse- Prime location yet very private! 12 wineries w/in 1 mile

Beautiful place tucked away in wine country with easy access to Vineyard drive. The pool was a dunk pool, perfect for the hot days. Which unfortunately we got some chillier days. We didnt know or read about the pool fee so I would've liked to have seen a more obvious note about it in the description.There were bee boxes and also hornet/wasp nests that were marked with flags in the ground near the backyard. I have a friend allergic to wasps so they were very uncomfortable and wouldn't hang out outside. Its not new-walker kid friendly with nicer breakables inside, but for the older kids it was cool. Great wine glasses and dishes. There was confusion about having a cleaning fee but asking for us to clean before we left. With an early checkout time of 11 we only had time to strip beds and clean dishes and empty the fridge. No time for laundry or anything beyond the true basics.The outside yard and fences are rustic. It would be nice to see you get ride of hornets/wasps before guests come to stay. But other than that the place inside was really nice. With older kids or adults its a great stay and a great location.

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this farmhouse! It was very close to wineries and just a few minutes to downtown. We didn’t get the chance to enjoy the outside of the property much, but we did enjoy the hot tub and relaxing poolside. Contact with the owner was prompt and easy!

We really enjoyed our stay! Serene setting. Perfect for our family, friends and dog to gather to celebrate our son’s graduation from Cal Poly!

House comes with all the amenities, perfect for hosting a small low key casual get together. Super comfortable beds, beautiful property

We had the best time on this gorgeous property! We were traveling with my family (husband baby) and my best friend’s family (also with 15 month old). Enough space that we all had our own areas and babies slept great in their own rooms! Jacuzzi and multiple dining areas a plus! Close to town and many wineries. Can’t wait to be back!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home is well equipped, the location is perfect and I appreciate the suggestions on restaurants and wineries. I would definitely stay here again.

Words cannot describe how wonderful of a trip our family had in Templeton at the house. This is a must!!! Wine, golf, wildlife”deer” in the am during coffee with crickets to soothe an excellent sleep. Not to mention, the afternoon hummingbirds While drinking a glass red. Thank you

Our party consisted of 4 adults and 2 children (5yrs old and 5 months old)- everyone enjoyed their stay. The 5yo especially enjoyed the wildlife, the lizards in particular, and the pool. The house was very well stocked and the amenities were great! We all agreed we would stay again. Thank you for having us!

Very comfortable for our large group celebrating our sons graduation from CalPoly. Spent a majority of our time outside enjoying the pool area, hot tub, and shaded dining area. Owner was very responsive.

This house was the perfect long weekend getaway for my family (7 adults and one toddler). The house was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The property was beautiful and we had such a lovely time relaxing and enjoying the many amenities. On top of that, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Visited the Templeton house, again, and it was wonderful as always. Large house with lots of space inside and outside. The rooms are nice and cozy. The living room is spacious with space for everyone to hang out and be together. The outside area is so cute and perfect. The hot tub is amazing! Definitely recommend

Their house has everything you need! Pool solar heater works very well. House is well stocked with games. Beds are all comfortable. Kitchen meets all your needs. If you don’t want to cook, door dash works great too :). Highly recommended!
