The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with good bench space and a central island, making it simple to cook and share meals. The dining area sits alongside, ideal for group dinners or a casual breakfast before heading out.



Outside, the home opens to a spacious private patio with a mix of open and covered areas. There’s comfortable outdoor lounge seating under the covered deck, along with a dining table set on the paved area, making it a relaxed spot for meals, coffee, or unwinding in the fresh air. The space is fully fenced and well laid out, offering both sun and shade throughout the day.

Christchurch city centre is around a 15 to 20 minute drive away. There are also nearby bus routes that connect to central Christchurch and surrounding suburbs.
