Modern Family Haven - Minutes from Disney Magic/Knotts and Saigon

We had a fantastic stay here and would book again. The place has a modern look and feel. It The home actually looks like the photos. The location is near the beach, freeway and near a bunch of good restaurants.The host was very accomodating and quick to respond. Though spacious, the property felt private and small details such as the quiet neighborhood and easy check in really added up.Whether you're visiting for the weekend, work or need to get away, this is the spot.

Great amount of space, with 6 people we never felt crowded at all and had good room to just be social as well. Laundry room was a great plus as well.

Our host was awesome! He is very responsive and helped us answer any questions we needed. The home was very clean and as expected. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Even nicer in person, spacious, and perfect for our group to use as a getting ready location. At one point we had difficulties with the door and Tin responded right away.

Good location - close to lots of Vietnamese food options and a reasonable drive to the beaches! The garage, washer/dryer, and dishwasher were really convenient amenities.

We had a great experience! The place was spotless, well stocked, and had everything we needed. Super comfortable and felt just like home. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was beautiful and even better than the description. The host responded quickly and worked to accommodate our group. I will definitely look to book this property for future trips to the area.

Tim is an excellent host-extremely responsive to questions or needs. He’s proactive and very kind. The property is beautifully done, with a calm, modern aesthetic. Very comfortable beds, lovely linens, double shower heads and extra towels/sheets all contribute to an elevated experience. Having a laundry room with detergent available meant we could pack lighter. Plus, quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash are provided. The kitchen has good counter space, modern appliances and well-stocked spices. The rooms are spacious and, amongst all the beds, 8 adults could easily be accommodated. This property is conveniently located near the Disneyland area. Driving time ranges from 18-25 minutes depending on time/traffic. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this property. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Southern California.

The property was nice but we were not aware it was a condo or apartment like building. There is no yard or area for kids to run around so have to be careful with noise. I’d stay again with adults but not with as many children as we had. We thought sleeping arrangements were more like 9 instead of 11 as the couch downstairs is not listed as a bed but could be utilized as one if needed. It does not pull out but could sleep a body. We had 11 guests, with the beds advertised we had to sleep 3 in one of the queen beds. Owner did offer us air mattresses if needed but we made it work. Cleanliness was great. Street parking not available directly outside of property due to being full but two car garage worked for us. Many good food options available close by and a quiet neighborhood with a safe feel. Had basic necessities for what we needed and a short stay. Owners response time was quick, easy going & easy to communicate with. The stay was nicer than a hotel and we appreciate that with a larger party. Overall, would stay again but with only adults. If bringing younger kids I would probably choose a different place.

Property was well put together, the furniture and decorations were beautiful. Everything we needed and close to the amusement parks and beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was very clean and welcoming. The host was great about responding to messages when there was an issue. K-cups were available for early morning coffee. The Internet on the smart TV wasn't consistent, but we didn't spend much time watching TV anyway.
