    Overall this experience was far below expectations. Checkin was a disaster as the property had not been cleaned. Had to follow up multiple times with management company and wait on cleaners to come which ruined our first night of plans. Linens and beds sub par and not a luxury experience as advertised. Minimal views and very steep driveway. Overall felt like a cheap experience for the price paid. Spend your money to stay closer in town and at a hotel with better management experience.

    Our family loved everything about this house! Conveniently located in South Asheville. Awesome layout and design. The outdoor patio was a huge plus. Just a great place to relax with the family after a day of outdoor excursions. No doubt we’ll look to book this propert in the future!

    We set out to see if we could find a nice quiet place to stay for the week and do some mountain hikes. When we found the property, we thought it looked very nice and hoped that it would be suitable for us. As it turns out, the family loved it! Close to lots of things to do. Many places to eat and explore. The neighborhood was beautiful and very quiet and welcoming. The home was very well kept and everything was the way the description said it was. Very pleased. I was able to work from the home while family went out and explored which helped out tremendously. Internet access was great and I had no issues. Cell phone signal is pretty weak (Verizon & AT&T) but still viable. It’s expected for the area and location. We will definitely be back very soon! A special thanks to our housekeeping staff who took care of the place very well.
