Modern equipment, large pool, air conditioning, 4 bicycles for free use - Casa José -

The villa is modern, well equiped and very comfortable both inside and out. The property is very secure and off street parking is a real bonus. The grounds are well kept and the small grassed area breaks up the hard landscaping well. The two palm trees are lovely and give shade. The pool is excellent, the water fresh and clear and maintained regularly. The air conditioning works very well and powerful enough to cool the whole villa. Even at 35-40 degrees outside temperature, the preset 20 degree a/c setting was great. Our only negative was the shower water temperature that was not stable and could change from ok to extremely hot without notice. A beautiful villa with excellent facilities.

Wir waren dieses Jahr wieder in der Casa José. Nach wie vor gut eingerichtet und sauber. José Manuel ist ein grossartiger Gastgeber. Wir kommen im nächsten Jahr bestimmt wieder.

Wir haben in der Casa Jose eine Woche unseres Urlaubs verbracht. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Es mangelt an nichts. Das einzige was man nicht kann ist zu Fuß in einen Ort gehen. Aber es stehen Fahrräder bereit. Die Unterkunft ist genauso wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Wir würden hier auf jedenfall jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen.

Casa José ist modern eingerichtet und hell und sauber. Betten und Sitzmöbel sind sehr bequem und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die Übergabe durch Josè Manuel hat prima funktioniert. Er ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich schnell falls etwas fehlt oder es ein Problem gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Well kept and well equipped villa.

Our stay on Dec 18 at Casa Jose has been great. The villa: The place is nice, modern and well equipped. It is kinda secluded, and has its own entrance. Once inside, you will not be overlooked by anyone which is great for privacy. It has two reasonable size bedrooms with king size bed in the master bedroom and two excellent size beds in the other room. The mattresss and bedding were very confertable. The sitting room is joined to the dining and the kitchen in a lovely open plan with modern looking beautiful stone wall feature. Kitchen is well equipped to say the least. Outdoors, there is a good size pool and outdoor seating area. There is also an already built BBQ to use. Only issue we found is that it was difficult to use the pool much in Dec as the water is naturally cold. The pool is not heated possibly as it doesn’t need it most of the year with hot weather. The caretakers/owners were extremely helpful. They attended several times during our stay to clean the pool and change the gas bottle for the hot water heating when it ran out. They were very easily accessible and responded promptly to any issues. The villa has one bathroom with washing machine. This was very sufficient for our party size of two adults and three kids. There were four bikes included in the villa to use with even the cycling helmets available. Although we didn’t use it, we can imagine to be extremely handy for families who like cycling as the area around is beautiful. The area: The villa is located in a nice slightly remote area which adds to its beauty. However, having a car is highly recommended. Few cafeterias are present in the area in a walking distance (which we did not use as we don’t know any Spanish and it would have been hard to communicate). The main shops are less than 10 minutes away by car. The beaches are close enough as well by car. Summary: The place was modern and nice to stay in. We had a nice 12 day break staying in Casa Jose. It was helped much by the nice accommodating owners/caretakers. They even let us check out later on the last day without any issues. As we did not know any Spanish, we had to use google translate all the time to communicate, which was fine. Good to know some basic Spanish to even further enjoy your stay. Overall, it was excellent.
