Modern East Hampton w/ Private Pool and Tennis - 30+ days

This was the perfect home for our annual summer vacation. The house was in a perfect location, convenient to many activities. The outdoor pool and tennis court were great features for our family.

Pros are house is private and large with a nice pool and tennis court. Cons are that it not that well maintained. There is obvious wear and tear from renters (see photos) including several wasps nests on the property in and around deck and tennis court. My dog and I got stung. There was garbage and laundry from last stay and the Sonos wasn’t working properly. When we brought this up, they were addressed but for what is being charged, they should be issues at all!

We had a wonderful stay! The location was very convenient, the house was well maintained, and the property itself was peaceful and relaxing. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces -tennis court and the pool were wonderful. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating for everyone.

Nice house overall. Was disappointed there was not net and the tennis court was not useable. I’m assuming it was because of time of year but it was certainly weather we would have enjoyed playing. House could use some general upkeep…lightbulbs burned out for one. Master bath was a plus except there was only one plug in for a huge bathroom.

My family of 4 (two little ones of 5 and 2) spent 5 nights at the end of the summer at the property. Had a great time using the pool and the tennis courts (racquets included!) as well as exploring the area. Only a short drive from downtown EH as well as easy to get to places further east or up to Sag Habor. House was clean with a fun and open communal area on the ground floor. We grilled most nights when we didn’t go out and just a fantastic time getting out of NYC for a few nights. Overall interactions with the owner/property manager were easy and efficient. They were very attentive and responsive on little things. Highly recommend staying here! Thanks again.

This is a great outdoor property that’s less than 10 minutes to downtown east Hampton.

Overall, our stay at this house was enjoyable. The interior has lots of space for gathering, whether around the dinner table or living room. The outdoor gathering spaces are superb- from the pool to the tennis court, there’s something for everyone. The house was accurately described, and the check-in process was seamless. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with plenty of extra linens and towels provided. The indoor sauna was a true perk. Plus, the property manager reached out before check-in and was easy to contact. A few areas of the interior show wear and tear, but I believe that’s typical for a rental house. Overall, this house was great. I’d highly recommend it.

We spent a weekend in July at the property. It's stunning, has all amenities, very private. We enjoyed everything and would come back!! Highly Recommend!!

My family of six had a fantastic three-night stay. The home was very uplifting and well designed—so open, bright and conducive to being together. The setting was quite private and the outdoor features were especially fun: clay tennis court, pool, multiple decks with very comfortable seating areas and furniture. We particularly enjoyed the massive master bathroom upstairs, with its white marble and dual showers with additional side water jets . . . so relaxing. The upstairs sauna was a big hit as well. This fantastic property is just as advertised (no surprises or misrepresentations)—a haven for rejuvenation. We look forward to another stay at this jewel. A+ experience and stay! The host quickly responded anytime I had a question. The interior was very nicely designed, making us feel right at home. The Interior and backyard was just as pictured. Highly recommend, will definitely book this house again!

Weather was fantastic. Enjoyed the pool and tennis court with family and friends. Baylee promptly addressed a few issues.
