Modern Creekside Home: 9 Mi to Downtown Denver

Good location for Red Rocks events and Rockie Mountain hiking within 1 to 1.5 hours. Quiet neighborhood. Nice spaces for relaxing or playing games.Bedrooms were a little small.Overall cleanliness was ok, but there was a lack of attention to detail specifically dust on the ceiling fans, dust in the baseboard heaters, and crumbs in the kitchen drawers. These are easy to fix and not glaring cleanliness issues just 'attention to details'.

We loved how well appointed all the rooms were and the kitchen especially. We also liked the cozy family room and the clean bathrooms etc. The only complaint we have is that the owners (?) live right next door, which was fine for the most part but one evening there was a party and a lot of noise filtering through to our unit till late in the night. We also smelled weed, which a family member is allergic to. Apart from the noise that evening, overall, our stay was pleasant and we'd visit again.

This location is perfect t for those wanting a quiet spot but close to all of the things. This was our second time staying here. We love this location for closeness to Red rocks for a concert, the quaint stream in the backyard, the LOVELY deck and the quality of the home.

Very nice accommodations. Close to all of the attractions on our list. Easy check in check out.

We were in town for a show at Red Rocks…less than a 15 minute drive away. Perfect location.

My adult son had a medical procedure and we chose to stay here for his recovery. It was the perfect place. Comfortable and peaceful. I loved sitting at the breakfast table and watching the birds and squirrels outside. I was thrilled to discover the home and yard decorated for Christmas. We had one hiccup with the heat but Doug was very quick to assist and resolve the issue. We would love to come back and stay again when we can enjoy the area more.

This property is easy to get to, access was seamless, accommodations are very nice, and clean and the owners are very responsive. Backyard and outside deck were beautiful and an awesome bonus!

The location was perfect for a convention in Denver, and close to popular hiking trails and red rocks! Lots of room and we used the fire pit. Would happily stay here again.

Our friends and we were going to the Rolling Stones concert. Easy access to the stadium by back roads. Then we drove to Rocky Mountain National Park. And our friends discovered how close we were to the In n Out Burger.

We were staying in Denver to visit with our son & his family. We were there for only 3 days & had scheduled activities in Denver each day, walking tours & tour of Red Rocks, etc. The house was easy to find. It was very close to two light rail system stations for getting to & from downtown Denver. The house was well equiped with sufficient bedding, towels, kitchen equipment & personal care items. Beware, however, that the house is not air conditioned, which would generally not be an issue in Denver. However, we were there during an exceptionally hot period. The house remained a toasty 84+ degrees. ?
