Modern Creek-front House with Rooftop and Volleyball court

We where a group of 16. (7 adults and 8 teens aged 14-18). there for an end of season ski trip for my daughters 18th bday. Property was nice and as pictured, although the kitchen is small, and the main living room couch needs to be replaced its like sitting in a hole. Traveling with teens the gameroom and sunroom where important. Both spaces where too cold to enjoy, it felt like being outside. For us wasted space.Personally I dont think bunk beds should be in the master bedroom. Better placement would have been one of the downstairs bedrooms.

Eurgene the host was very friendly. The house was great. My family enjoyed themselves. I wish i had more time to experience the other amenities at the location.

it wae a beautiful house and the rooms were clean. The floors are good if you are using slippers. definitely dont go around barefoot. it was a little musty in the 2 bedrooms in the lower level but not too bad. The towels smelled a bit so i recommend bringing your own towels if you are sensitive to that. The Kitchen was not as big as i thought from the pictures. All in all it was a very nice stay. the owner was very kind to provide us with additional passes and very responsive when the power went out at one of the levels. The indoor swimming pools are not too far but there are limited hours (2-6pm or 4-8pm) for the pool so consider that when thinking about your schedule. Everyone loved the place and had a great stay. we had 10 adukts and 6 kids and it was comfortable for everyone. i would recommmend the place to all. Two thumbs up!

Our rental property was well kept and accommodated my family of 20 comfortably. The host was very receptive to my questions and responded quickly. I would highly recommend this place to my family and friends.

We were a group of 19; 10 adults and 9 children. Loved the creek, hot tub, fire pit, playing volley ball, game room and poker table. Took canoes out on lake and fished at both with success. Hiked at Bushkill Falls and rode terrain vehicles at Pocono Raceway. Suggest to include linen for loft pull out, and supply more towels, toilet tissue and kitchen ware. Thanks for the memory. .

We have a sibling vacation every summer. We are 6 adults and enjoyed this property very much. The location in the Poconos seemed very convenient.

Wonderful house, great host!

Spacious house with bedrooms good enough for 20 travelers. We liked the outdoor fire pit and kids liked the outdoor space.

This property has everything you need if you want a nice get away with multiple families! The house is extremely spacious and clean! The game rooms and huge yard are a plus! My friends and family are already trying to figure out another weekend we can rent this house again!

I enjoyed my stay at this house! It’s big and beautiful. I had a big group of friends and family and the house accommodated us nicely! We had a great time and were even able to host a catered dinner! I gave the area/neighborhood a 3 because it’s like a gated community and a little bit of a hassle to get out of to get to to the main road! But if that’s not an issue for you then you’re good to go! Otherwise everything was great

Girls weekend on a beautiful property! The kitchen is a little more snug than the photos implied but it worked. The mattresses were firm which some appreciated, but some weren’t a fan of but that is a personal preference. We had plenty of space to spread out and have a cozy fire at the fireplace!
