Modern & Cozy House – Located Near Falls, Parks, Wineries, and Casinos.

A beautiful home, in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood close to Niagara Falls. Great facilities with lovely bedrooms with very comfortable beds.We enjoyed our stay very much and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.

Communication for check in was late and we noticed the property was unlisted causing us some stress the night before leaving for our trip. The host sent check out communication late morning on the day of check out, but we had left hours earlier. The home was semi clean as we found several pieces of puppy kibble on the floor. There were no wash clothes and exactly 5 bath towels for the 5 of us. We followed instructions left on the counter. We separated trash and recycling as indicated. However, after returning home, the host sent a message stating we were supposed to separate compost and trash. There was zero communication that mentioned composting. The home was lovely and met the needs of our group, but these odd things dampened our enjoyment.

Everything was great, really felt at home and Norma made it greater by being the best host. Will definitely book again on our next visit.

The house is much larger than it appears in the pictures. It's spacious, beautiful and has everything you need! We had a wonderul stay!

What we loved: spacious and clean, had a well-stocked kitchen, is centrally located, with a friendly and helpful host. This home was ideal for our stay. We had booked a tour with the Over the Falls company and they picked us up right at the corner of the block. 10 minutes from the falls and activities. Recommend!

We had an amazing experience at this VRBO near Niagara Falls! The place was immaculately clean—spotless from top to bottom, which made us feel comfortable and right at home from the moment we walked in. It’s not only beautiful, but also incredibly spacious, giving everyone in our group plenty of room to relax and enjoy themselves.The location was super convenient, just a short drive to the falls and other local attractions. You can tell the hosts really care about the space and their guests. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

This property was awesome. Norma is a great host. Home was in a perfect location. Easy accessibility to everything Niagara and in a quiet neighborhood. Home is immaculate and everything we needed was there. Would return without hesitation.

We were extremely satisfied with the house amenities and cleanliness of home! House is situated close to downtown attractions and public transportation. Norma responded quickly to all questions and left out an info sheet on local activities.Only suggestion to make would be to provide more towels/washclothes and extra blanket

Norma and Oscar's place was perfect for our guys golf getaway. Bedrooms were spacious, kitchen was well appointed, and the living space was perfect for us to relax after a long day. Bathrooms were also very clean and perfect for our group. Location was very short Uber/Cab to everything and a short drive to all the great Niagara golf courses. Would very much recommend!
