Very quiet and sunny location, with a large and well-kept pool and garden on the Etruscan coast. Great panoramic view to the sea. Large living room, fireplace with WiFi and satellite TV, modern kitchen, dining room with glass front overlooking the garden and pool to the sea. Next to it a master bedroom with bathroom (toilet, bidet, shower cabin), separated from the living area. In the basement 2 spacious double bedrooms, equipped with closets; next to it is a large bathroom with toilet, bidet, shower cubicle and make-up mirror. Storage room and outside basement with washing machine and dryer and a third bathroom with shower available.
The entire garden is very well maintained, garage space for 2 cars, outdoor parking space. In addition to the pool (11m x 5m, up to 2.2m deep with Roman steps, 6 sun loungers), there is an outdoor kitchen with grill, pizza oven, 4 burner stove, small fridge and large dining table.
