Beautiful home!

Great house!

The cottage was perfectly located for our activities at the state fairgrounds. The cottage was clean and the beds were comfy. Thank you for hosting us!

The space was clean and meet our needs. Interior of the property was very clean and well designed. Kitchen has what you need to cook but be aware the smoke alarm is VERY sensitive. Located near everything we needed for our trip.

Nice place just not the best neighborhood no one bother us for the most part

The home was immaculate, extremely comfortable, and decorated very nicely. I wished I could've made my stay longer. I highly recommend to book for a small family of 3 - 4.

This house was perfect for our girls weekend! The house is very clean with all things updated. Complete fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and comfortable beds.

It was so nice to stay somewhere that was so centrally located to all the events we attended while we were In Indianapolis.

Nice little house in a great location if you are doing events at the Fairgrounds. Beds are comfy, linens are nice, and kitchen well stocked. Just be aware the neighborhood is a little more rough around the edges but nothing unsafe. This is the 2nd time I have stayed in the neighborhood and have never had an issue.

We stayed overnight to try and avoid driving in bad weather while visiting my daughter in college. The house is in a suburb not far from my daughter's campus with great proximity to bayous food places in Indianapolis. The inside of the house was beautifully decorated with modern decor. The three bedrooms were large and spacious giving us plenty of room to stretch and not be on top of each other. We did have some issues with the door when we arrived, but the owner was responsive and helpful, so it only took us a few minutes to get in. The amenities felt high end and the house had everything we needed to make us feel at home. We would definitely recommend, and if we're ever staying overnight in Indy again, this would be our first choice.

In town for a couple of days to visit family. House was very clean and well maintained. The bedrooms are nice, bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house perfectly suited our needs and the owner was great with communication if we had any questions.

My friends and I just wanted to hang out, shop, eat, and chill before the holidays. The entire process was super easy and just was very responsive. The house was very clean, and comfortable, we loved it. The location was perfect for our planned activities.

It was great overall. One issue was that the alarm went off and we didn't expect that, it took a minute and neighbor called the police who showed up quickly but was not a problem. Secondly the neighborhood was a little sketchy there was someone living in a tent across the street.

The home is nothing shy of amazing. Very clean and quiet neighborhood. After booking and reading reviews I was skeptical about the neighborhood. But the entire time we were there we had no issues and neighbors were respectful and friendly. Highly recommend this home for your consideration on your trip to Indy.

Very functional and cozy and calm

Accommodations were as described and the few problems we had were dealt with quickly. Neighbor hood, on the other hand, was not so great. A little scary with neighbors next door being evicted and spray paint on the house across the street. Next time I will do my homework on location. But this house did have an alarm. So we kept it armed at all times.

This home is beautiful and just what you see in the pictures. Everything inside is in excellent condition and quite charming as the title suggests. The beds are very comfortable. The home is very well stocked with essentials. The owners are easy to get in touch with and respond to questions in a very timely manner. The neighborhood is very run down and the properties around the house are unkept. What you see surrounding this home is the very opposite of charming!

The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but that’s not uncommon for Indianapolis. We had no issues though. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. Location was perfect as we had my grandson at Methodist Hospital and could get there within 15 minutes.

If you’re looking for a nice place to stay while in IN, you should definitely consider this hidden gem. It’s a lovely 3 bedroom 3 bath home. Beautifully decorated and has most of the essentials needed. Not to mention…the hosts were great!
