Modern cottage in historic East Hill

Carolyn and Ray’s cottage is a beautiful, relaxing and comfortable place to stay. It was very clean. We loved the bed and the shower, and they provided everything we could’ve needed. The home is in a great location- restaurants and shopping are within walking distance, and it’s just a short drive to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again!

This is the perfect spot for your stay in Pensacola. Wonderful hosts, quiet and well provisioned cottage. The quality tea kettle for heating your water for tea was a nice touch that most do NOT have. The gas stove is one of my other favs. The 9 ft ceilings make the large rooms feel even more spacious. The extra tall windows bring in amazing light and viewing. It’s a great price for all that you get.

Our hosts were so sweet and my fiancé and I had the most amazing experience!

Ray came out to the car and helped me carry in my luggage and he made sure I knew how to lock and unlock the door. It is in a pretty setting with plenty of outside lights to be able to see in the dark. It is close to everything. I look forward to my next visit.

The two most important factors I consider when booking a stay are safety and cleanliness of the home, and this home exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was the home exceptionally clean and located in a safe area, but Carolyn and Ray were truly outstanding hosts. They were attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help or provide anything we might need, however, his home was stocked with anything imaginable that you might need. We rented a car and the home was conveniently located close to attractions and sightseeing, making it easy to explore the area. This is a place I would confidently recommend to anyone visiting Pensacola, Florida, and I would gladly stay here again.

Adorable Cottage on a Beautiful property in East Hill. This cottage had everything you need in a kitchen with all new appliances, a functional living space, comfy bedroom and full bathroom. Great location to get around the area, a Publix within walking distance and downtown Pensacola and the bridge to Gulf Breeze & beaches 2 minutes drive.

This was the perfect cottage for my weekend getaway. Carolyn and Ray were incredible hosts, the location is unbeatable, and the cottage itself is wonderful. I will definitely be back!

This cottage is an oasis of relaxation. We loved the modern design. Hosts were pleasant and helpful. It is located just a few minutes from many dining establishments. The neighborhood is quiet and the backyard is pleasant to just sit and enjoy.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Carolyn and Ray were top notch hosts with anything and everything we could have needed. We took a trip to the beach and they allowed us use of an umbrella and chairs and even offered a cooler! Overall, the cottage has been our best VRBO experience.

It was a quick get away with my girlfriend and the cottage was great! The hosts were very cooperative with our delayed arrival time, walked us through everything and gave pointers about the area, but most of all were very friendly and accommodating. The cottage has everything you would need and more and the location was so convenient to both Palafox and the beach. East Hill for the win! This is probably my best Vrbo experience ever and I will absolutely recommend a stay here to everyone I know. Thank you all for a truly great weekend!

We had the most wonderful stay! The owners were so kind and friendly. I appreciate that they let us check in early due to flight changes and spent time going over some places to visit while we were in town. The place was spotless when we arrived and we were very pleased with our stay. It was also in a great location and we would stay here again if we make our way back to Pensacola!

This property is in a lovely setting. Cozy very clean home. Very private but close to everything. My hosts Ray and Carolyn were very kind and accommodating. I felt very comfortable there. If I go back to Pensacola I will not hesitate to stay there next time! I loved it!
