Modern, Community Pool, Quick walk to beach! Hot tub! NH4912

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house was beautifully decorated and had everything we could ever need. The proximity to the beach and pool was convenient. We would definitely recommend this house!

The rental property was absolutely fantastic. Worked well for 10 adults, very clean and well-maintained. Super convenient to the beach, grocery stores and other essentials. Really enjoyed the open floor plan on the top floor for all 10 of us.Only complaint is to be aware that even the basics such as salt and pepper will have to be furnished by the renter. This includes hand soap for the bathrooms.

We would have booked again next year but we saw pets will be permitted beginning after our stay and we have allergies. We were thankful for the opportunity to rent it for 2024 and would highly recommend it! Working with Coastal Realty was great - no issues at all!

Nine of us stayed at this property over the holiday weekend. It is beautiful. It is very close to everything you need. The beach is just a step away.

Great house! Clean, well appointed, close to everything. We didn't love the busy road behind us, but otherwise the place couldn't be better! Also, there's no recycling bin on the property.

We enjoyed our stay. The house is well-stocked including beach chairs, boogie boards, games, books, kitchen supplies and grills, and it has multiple decks on the front and back. The beach is a short-walk across the street and the neighborhood pool is clean and big enough for the kids to enjoy. The layout of the house is good for families and the rooms have lots of windows and light. It would have been nice to have a floor plan ahead of time so we could have planned the room assignments better. The king bed on the middle floor has a buddy bath to the room with the multiple twins. Overall the property appeared clean when we arrived but it became apparent that the floors had been vacuumed but not mopped (black socks/feet). We made a call to the property management company and they sent out a crew at our convenience to do the mopping. The rear view is of the street and shopping center, the front view faced neighboring homes.
