Stayed May 2, 2025This property never disappoints. The house is clean and well-maintained and the owner communicates every step of the way. The house has ample supplies in order to do any cooking, laundry, etc.. if available I will stay at this house every time I’m in Las Cruces.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024My friends and I stayed in this townhome for an alumni weekend at NMSU and we loved it. It was the perfect size for our small group. Very clean and new. Looked just like the pictures! Check in/out was very easy. The owner was very accommodating, easy to communicate with, and very fast to respond! I would highly recommend staying at this townhome for a visit and would stay here again for a future visit.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024Fully equipped and more. Our stay was like we never left home. Space was comfortable, beds were comfortable and this property was extremely clean. It felt like new construction and was tastefully decorated. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Jul 11, 2024This is a brand new town home in a small, quiet community. Everything in the house is clean and well maintained. We came for a 4 day swim meet at NMSU and it’s a quick 4 minute drive to the campus. We were able to cook most of our meals at the property since there are plenty of kitchen items. The hosts are organized and communicative.
