Stayed Sep 8, 2025Great location, walkable neighborhood with good restaurants, music venues, and stores. The condo met our need despite lack of attention to details including thin walls, synthetic bedding, no mattress pads, dusty surfaces, broken shower door handle and tub stopper, and blinking light outside. Mattresses were comfortable. Plenty of kitchen wares to meet our group's need. The 1st level has a 3rd room with 2 full size beds and no closet that's not included in the listing. We wish we had known about it to include 2 additional friends who stayed elsewhere. Regardless of this feedback, we enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025Property actually has a 5th bedroom which was nice. Ground floor had 3 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom. House was nice and generally clean. Stairs need some TLC as stair material is pulling away and could become a trip hazard. Reached out to the property manager about two issues we had (lots of ants in the two upstairs bedrooms, and smoke alarms chirping low battery). Property manager was quick to respond and said someone would be by to handle it. No one showed. We had to go buy batteries ourselves and replace them.

Stayed Jan 30, 2025Pleasant - Would stay again However, the downstairs shower did not drain properly. Refrigerator door was broken. A check in sheet with expectations and info - wi-fi, door key , accurate appliance listing in a central sheet would be helpful. A simple salt and pepper set would have been appreciated

Stayed Dec 13, 2024Provided everyone with privacy and had a safe and convenient location. Only negative would be to launder or upgrade the mattresses. They were very comfortable but when pulling back sheets on day of departure, noticed significant stains. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely rebook this home.

Stayed Dec 4, 2024Close to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. With three levels, there was plenty of space for the whole family! Lots of stairs to access the living and primary bedroom spaces, so it might not work for everyone, but it was perfect for our group!

Stayed Sep 16, 2024We thought the townhouse was very clean, comfortable and in a nice neighborhood. It is located on east side so a 5-10 minute drive to downtown. We found plenty of parking options downtown. There are two parking spaces on property for two small cars but plenty of on street parking in front of unit. The management firm is excellent. Stayed Sep 13, 2024We all enjoyed staying here at this house. It was clean and convenient. However, there were a few things broken that I made aware to the people in charge of taking care of the facilities. If I had to come back to Nashville, I definitely would.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024the description online was not accurate. It is actually a 5 BR home, not 4 BR. We could have had another couple stay with us had we known. The refrigerator door was broken so there was ice buildup on the back of the inside of the fridge with water on the selves. Floor was sticky like it still had soap on it after cleaning. Otherwise the space is great and the location is great.

Stayed Aug 28, 2024Everything was as it appears in the pictures advertising the property. Be ready to climb stairs as the townhouse has 3 levels. Not recommended for young children.

Stayed Aug 22, 2024Overall the place was nice and the beds were comfortable. There were a few things missing in the stay that would have made our stay more enjoyable. For example - there were no hand soap in the entire unit, none in bathrooms or kitchen. There were also no trash cans in bedrooms and no tissue. Would have also been nice to have a few blankets and sugar, etc for coffee. Nice play, there could just be a few extras added.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024The property location was 5-7 minute (1.9 miles) uber ride to downtown Nashville which was convenient and has a grocery store nearby as well and walking distance to a couple restaurants. The space was adequate for our group of three couples. The living area and kitchen were a nice gathering space. The property is newer, bright and modernly decorated. It’s clearly had some wear and tear and could use some touching up, but otherwise met our needs for our stay.

Stayed Jul 7, 2024This is near great restaurants and close to downtown. The house has a regular coffee pot and a Keurig. It also has a blender. What it does not have is basic spices, not even salt and pepper. You also may want scissors. Beds were comfy. Also a good thing to know is that the bottom level where you walk in has three bedrooms and one bath. The middle level has the living area with the kitchen, dinning, balcony and a half bath. The upper level has two on suites one has a small balcony. Lots of stairs. Great place to stay.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024The teens loved staying in the bedrooms on the first floor while the two couples stayed in the 3rd floor bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. The common area on the second floor was roomy and the all the rooms felt large.

Stayed May 30, 2024This was out first time to Nashville to celebrate my birthday. This home was gorgeous and provided all we needed. There were four couples and it worked amazing for us all. Location was great, 5 min drive to downtown and the neighborhood felt safe and clean. We plan to return and would def book this home again. The Host was also very quick to respond. Thank you Nashiville!
