Welcome to the first floor of this spacious 3-story home. With 3 comfortable bedrooms boasting 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, there’s plenty of room to unwind.     Great location! Super quick walk to the beach, and Gulf Place right down the street! Nice clean house! Super easy check in and out, and very attentive management company! Only negative was that the spa part of the pool kept draining at 6pm every night (once while we were sitting in it lol) which we let them know and was fixed quickly!

    The home is beautiful and would highly recommend. Location to beach is a huge bonus.During our stay the hot tub did not work and had a few other issuses around the pool area, which was disappointing.Only other suggestions...need more face cloth towels and kitchen bakeware and cooking tools need to be updated.

    Our extended family stayed here and had a great vacation! This is a new rental so it was in great condition with all new appliances, furniture. Plenty of room for six adults and kids. Pool is perfect size (we paid to heat) and beach is only steps away so no golf cart needed. Lots of balconies and windows for sun and relaxing. New coffee maker w pot and also Kuerig. Beds very comfortable w new mattresses. Bikes like new. Lots of coffee cups and wine glasses, plates but no leftover bowls. Limited supplies of laundry and dishwasher soap so bring your own. Small starter of olive oil,salt,pepper but no seasonings. Nice beach wagon and a few chairs but no beach toys or games. Perfect vacation place. Santa Rosa not as busy as other spots but one block from restaurants and shops. Great beach. Because this is a new rental it did not have any reviews and there wasn’t any stuff left behind from other renters to use but it was awesome. We hope to go back and would definitely rent this place again!
