Property was extremely clean had everything we needed. I did not have to worry about disinfecting anything. Bathroom towels were white and new. The home had reviews about the street being noisy but our family did not mind the noise at all. Neighborhood is shabby and homes are not well kept but was safe.
Worked great for our purposes! I didn’t really how far it was from our gathering location, but once inside the home it was very clean, & very nice & comfortable! The surrounding homes were disconcerting, but our time was uneventful and peaceful.
The house was amazing. Great location for what we needed to do in Waco. Spacious, renovated perfectly and Brad was so accommodating.
Great place place for a Girl's Weekend in Waco. Close to Silo's , Dr Pepper Museum and Magnolia Table. Spacious and really pretty. Check in and out was super easy. Would stay there again.
We had a great stay in Waco. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable and clean. It was located close to Baylor and everything we wanted to visit. Overall, great place to stay and will consider coming back if we have to visit Waco again in the future.
This is a beautifully appointed house. Every room is beautifully and simply decorated. The kitchen has anything you might need. The only drawback is that it is off a very busy and noisy road. However the host has thought of everything and every bedroom is equipped with a sound machine. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!
Beautifully decorated and designed home. Quality workmanship. Exceptionally clean upon arrival. Comfortable mattresses for all beds. Excellent AC. My biggest complaint was STREET NOISE! Super loud traffic! Greatly Definitely used the provided sound machines which helped reduce it. Neighborhood older and run down but semi-close to restaurants and magnolia. 15 minute drive to baylor. Appreciated the well stocked keruig coffee and hot tea supply.
Very good beds. Could have been little bit cleaner, nothing mayor, found a few dead bugs(glad they were dead). Someone mowed the yard early on Sunday morning. But very cute house.
The house and accommodations were superior! My only complaint is the downstairs shower was significantly colder than the upstairs shower. The house has a tankless water heater which works very well, but the downstairs shower doesn’t have separate controls like the upstairs shower. This would not prevent me from staying here again by any means.
The house was a great location for all the things we wanted to do on our girls trip.
We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was so clean and beautifully decorated. The only downside was the location/neighborhood...it was right on a busy street and the traffic was quite noisy. We did appreciate the noise machines in each room to help with this during the night, but I didn't feel completely safe letting my children play outside the house.
Everything was great. All clean and new inside. Was perfect arrangement for grandparents downstairs and wife and I plus our daughter upstairs for Baylor graduation weekend. House is in town, area is a little sketchy and. It is about a ten minute drive to Baylor campus, but it met our needs perfectly.
The inside of the house was nice, but the outside was not. The grass was high and it rained the weekend we were there. Our shoes and clothes got wet from walking in the tall grass. There is no wifi we could find. There were four staying in the house and only two washcloths were left for using. There was not enough room to park in the driveway so we parked behind the gate. The gate/fence is falling down and difficult to move. The driveway was steep and had a drip in it which caused the front of our cars to scrape.
Our rental house in Waco was great! It was beautifully decorated in modern Farmhouse decor which I love. The entire house looked to have been recently renovated. Beds were very comfortable and the house had all the amenities needed. Only negative was probably the busy highway on the side of the property so there was some traffic noise. Overall we loved our stay!
