Stayed Mar 22, 2024We really enjoy our stay here. We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location. Close to ASU, lots of restaurants and things to do. The house was very clean and the owners were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again!

Stayed Feb 22, 2024The house was absolutely amazing. Simple, yet elegant. It was walking distance to so many things. We loved the neighborhood and visited the oyster house/ bar every day we stayed there! We went for the innings festival, which was also walking distance, and plan on returning again next year! Stayed Mar 3, 2023This house was very clean and comfortable. We used two beds and both were wonderful for us. The neighborhood appears to be transitional and is is great for families that are interested in the college and the trendy area close by. There are lots of shops and a wide selection of places to eat with a free bus running down the street. It was walkable for us but might not be for everyone. We didn’t use the shared yard but it is important to know the train tracks are right behind the locked fence. It wasn’t loud and the train went by a few times a day. There is a studio apartment attached and it was quiet and presented no problems. The only thing that would have been nice would be some upgrades in the bathroom…new tub, faucets, tile etc. would make this small bathroom a nice jewel in this pleasant home with and industrial vibe. We would definitely stay again.
