Welcome to your peaceful getaway in Brooksville! I’m Sunny, and this spacious 3-bedroom retreat was made for relaxing, reconnecting, and soaking up the Florida sunshine. Whether you’re visiting for outdoor adventures, golf trips, or quality time with family and friends, this home makes it easy to settle in and feel right at home.

Step inside to a bright, tastefully decorated living space designed for gathering and unwinding together. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly from the cozy living room into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

-Smoking: No smoking is permitted inside or on the property. Smoking will result in a $250 fine

-Security System: Installed with front and back door cameras for guest safety.
