Stayed May 13, 2025The property is much bigger than it looks when you pull into driveway, everything else was immaculate, the interior was maintained well which was a surprise for a high volume property, and the service I got for check in and post check in was great

Stayed Apr 17, 2025We rented this house for three nights over my son’s wedding weekend. The condition of the home was unacceptable from the start. There was a large 20’ x 20’ water stain on the ceiling, pink and black mold in and under sinks, and hair left in the drains. The toilets had clearly not been cleaned. Water damage had been documented in old reviews, and it is still a serious problem. The neighborhood felt unsafe. We were woken at 1:00 AM by a hit-and-run accident directly outside the house, and there were homeless people nearby.Although the owner made a limited attempt to fix some issues during our stay, the problems were too big to resolve quickly. We had no choice but to stay because it was a family event, but I would never recommend this property to anyone. It was a very disappointing and stressful experience during an important family milestone.

Stayed Mar 24, 2025I arranged accommodation for a group of 88 businesspeople attending a convention in Kay Bailey Convention Center. The location was ideal the accommodation clean and plenty big enough, although feedback suggests that it is a little 'tired' inside. However, the HVAC system was not functioning in one of the units, which, given that temperatures hit the high 80s made for an uncomfortable stay for some of the guys. Despite best efforts by Lee and team, they were unable to resolve the issue during their stay. That said, Lee and team were extremely responsive and tried every avenue to resolve the issue. Ultimately, Lee refunded part of our payment by way of compensation, which was much appreciated. Overall, I would say, it was just bad luck that the HVAC failed and Lee and team went above and beyond in their attempt to resolve.

Stayed Jun 15, 2022I was hosting our first work retreat for my team of nine sales directors. Bringing them all into Dallas was a great idea not just with ease of travel but a lot of fun things I could put together for the team over the few days we were together. Of course finding the right place to house all of us was critical with the number of rooms, bathrooms and beds. I considered a hotel but hosting a team together this size where we could have access to a full kitchen, space to just lounge around together and also host our one day working session is a win. What surprised me when I first pulled up at the homes was the amount of trash all around the outside. Obviously there is not a landscaper or someone who is showing up to clean the property weekly or even monthly. I wanted a good first impression for my team so I went ahead and cleaned up most of the trash around the outside of the home to make it presentable but couldn’t do much about the weeds or roughness of the landscaping. (One of the gates into the home was broken also further highlighting the unkemptness theme surrounding the home ). The neighborhood has some new homes being built, but also some older or homes that looked like the construction was paused possibly during Covid. Turns out the empty partially built home next to us had a squatter in it that resulted in multiple people showing up to ask those people to leave. It made the evenings and night time a little scary to be walking into the home especially when we saw someone peering out of the upper window in the darkness. having these two homes together was a great option to house all of us. Inside the home was a nice size with spacious kitchen. The master bedrooms were set up nicely. The bathrooms were clean. My expectations for the other rooms we’re thinking they would be just as nicely set up but keep in mind these rooms have minimal furniture and almost feel more dormitory. I could tell these homes had more of a bachelor/bachelorette vibe as we found golden confetti in various places and under one of the rugs in the living room. The location of the Home makes it easy to get to Greenville Avenue which host a lot of restaurants and bars which makes it a great location. My summary here: you are stepping into a home that feels like a younger group would want for a bachelorette bachelor party.
