Modern Beach Retreat w/ Pool, Hot Tub, & Patio!

Super responsive host, took care of minor issues very quickly

The owner was very nice to work with, he helped with the pool when we called asking how to get the heater working. He allowed us to rent an extra night when our flights got cancelled due to bad weather back home. We were very pleased with our stay!!

It was a wonderful stay. Perfect for us and the two kids. So much fun at the pool and quick drive to beaches. Super clean, quick responses from owners. Also if may be weird but I always rate water pressure in the shower and hot water. I like a hot shower with a good water pressure . Both were A!!!

We stayed in this home for a week over the holiday break. It was an amazing house and we loved hanging out by the pool and hot tub every day. Check in and check out went very smooth!

House was amazing and very clean. We have been to this area several years and this has been our best rental so far. Plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 kids. Having second living room was a nice bonus. Extra full size fridge/freezer in garage was amazing to have for overflow space. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials for cooking. All chairs by pool were covered when we arrived and looked new. Pool toys, beach toys and beach equipment was added bonus to have to use. Next time I wont have to pack as much of our own. Pool and hot tub was very clean and welcoming. Owner was very responsive and helpful for answering questions. It was obvious they care about their house and rental. Neighborhood was perfect location. 10 min to Bunche beach 20 min to Sanibel. Plenty of grocery stores, walmart, and restaurants nearby. We look forward to returning.

This property had it all! We stayed with 4 adults and 3 kids age 8 and under. The pool and hot tub were a hit including all the pool toys the kids could dream of. There were tons of coolers, beach chairs and umbrellas for use at the beach. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had 2nd fridge available in the garage. Very much enjoyed our stay!

This house was exactly what it claimed to be. We had a great time. It was in a nice gated community, that was quiet and peaceful just like we wanted. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The only issue we had was the internet kicking out the first night we were there. The host was quick to respond and help with solutions. It had everything we needed for the beach, which was great for us coming from Wisconsin. We will be staying there again.

Everything at the property was so well thought out. The whole family enjoyed the stay! We couldn’t think of anything we would have needed. When we had questions the host was very responsive.

This was a perfect house for us. We had our son and 6 and 10 year old grandkids. They loved it. Swam every day in the pool and loved the hot tub. It was so well equipped. Everything the kids needed a for a fun time... We did night swimming one night and they thought that was so much fun. It was nice to have all the beach things. The kitchen was so well equipped. Everything we needed. Also, Kirk was very helpful and always responded to any questions we had. On the way to the airport the kids said.... can we come back again for our spring break....We will definitely try to come again and recommend to our friends.

The property was just as pictured and described! Plenty of space, very clean, and had everything needed for a worry-free stay. Kirk offered some great restaurant and other recommendations, and was very accommodating. Wish our stay was longer!

This property was great, and the communication with the property owner was fantastic. They have everything you need for a day at the beach which is only a 10 minute drive if the bridge isn't backed up. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool daily even in December. There are plenty of places to sleep for kids and adults. This place could hold 2 families easily. The only thing that I think they could improve is the box springs on the beds. The beds are comfortable, but they are loud in the 2 private bedrooms so with any tossing you can easily wake someone up. At the end of the stay my kids left behind a book and a swimsuit so the owner worked with us to get them shipped back. They were super helpful and understanding. We would absolutely go back again.

Kirk and Terri have an amazing property here and my family was so comfortable and impressed by everything. It’s outfitted more like staying at an active, loving aunt/uncles house. They had more than enough of everything: towels, pillows, water pressure, and even baby gear. We didn’t need that, but my 2 and 5 year olds loved the heated pool, and bunk beds. There are outlets and lights everywhere to accommodate every nap and night situation we needed. I’d 100% stay here again and would stay anywhere else Kirk and Terri thought to rent out!

Wonderful home in quiet neighborhood and great location. Convenient to beaches and restaurants. Owner communication and responsiveness is fantastic.

We had a great stay at this rental. Plenty of room and accommodations to make you feel at home. The owners were communicative and helped when we had a minor issue. The mattresses are quite firm, which some people prefer. Would stay again.
