Guests have access to two community pools within Emerald Waters Village. One pool is located directly across the street, while the second is elsewhere in the neighborhood. One pool is heated seasonally (typically Feb–Apr). Community pools close at dusk year-round.

WHAT WE PROVIDE
Starter supplies typically include shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish sponge, dishwasher tablets, dish soap, trash bags, laundry detergent, and basic kitchen essentials such as coffee, filters, and select spices. Guests may need to replenish consumables depending on the length of stay and group size.

    Property was wonderful, I have never felt more “home” away from home. Clean and a nice nautical feel. Great location to beach and to some stores and restaurants. Located in nice gated community. Stan was very friendly and if there is any questions or issues support is friendly and quick. Can’t wait to stay with Stan here again or at his other properties. Highly recommend! Thank you!

    The house was wonderful for our family with plenty of room for 5 adults. Newly updated with stylish furnishings and easily accessible gated community. Only down side was busy adjacent street, which one may expect in such a popular area. We had great communication with the host.

    This by far has been the best house rental I’ve been too. Very well stocked, clean, close to food and shopping, the beach and the owner showed outstanding hospitality. We would definitely recommend to others and will be back ourselves!
