Modern Beach House with excellent location

My rating reflect the very poor experience with the owner and her management of the hot tub. You need to text to turn on and turn off the hot tub. This system absolutely does not work. The owner also would not turn on the hot tub before noon. There were times when our texts to turn on the hot tub were not answered on a timely basis. The jets were not turned on the first two days. The owner was very busy at work was a response we received when our texts were not answered on a timely basis. The home was very nice and a great location. However, I would never rent again without a timer and control for the hot tub installed at the house.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect, so close to the beach and centrally located on the island. The home was spotless, had a well stocked kitchen, and all the beach toys you would need. The pool and hot tub area are fantastic and the screened porch a perfect place to relax. Anne was so helpful and a great host.

Loved the first floor master bedroom. New pool and hot tub were beautiful. Worked great for our children and grandchildren. Anne was very responsive to our needs.

We had a great experience in this well appointed home. Great visuals and flow to this 2 story with pool. Really liked the location, close to all north end restaurants and boutiques.Pool area was quite pleasing as well.Nice place! Peter K

This home is beautifully updated and was exactly as advertised. A very short walk to the beach, and a garage full of everything you need for a day on the sand. Kitchen was well appointed and the gas grill was perfect for cooking dinner! Comfortable furniture through the home made our stay relaxing and enjoyable!

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The walk to the beach is perfect and the road was private with no traffic. The kids road their bikes up and down the road. Anne was fantastic to communicate with and easily adjusted the schedule to fit our needs when they changed! Would definitely recommend!

The home is arranged and decorated beautifully, with every convenience we could need. Loved that it was three houses away from a shady path directly to the beach. The beach wagon provided made it easy for us to accept our gear to the beach. Very private back yard with pool, hot tub, sun umbrellas, and nice lounge chairs and an outside table and chairs. We ate supper outside twice, but the unusual heat wave had us scurrying indoors for other meals. The kitchen area and outside grill were so conveniently arranged! Beds comfy, lots of towels for us to use, and a thoughtful starter pack of dish detergent and dishwasher soap made our first evening there a breeze. We ordered groceries from Aldi to be delivered that first evening. We'll worth the small delivery fee! Thank you to our wonderful, responsive host!

The house was even more beautiful than the photos!! The residential location was perfect; very short walk to gorgeous beach that was never crowded. We are already planning a return visit. :)

Perfect location!! Short, enjoyable walk to beach and enjoyable golf cart ride to restaurants, bars, and shops.

We enjoyed our trip to AMI & staying on Peppertree Lane! The home was very clean & well maintained. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub & proximity to the beach. It was very short walk down a mostly shady path and the beach was gorgeous as always. It was great to find the beach wagon, umbrellas & floats to use while there. Loved the outdoor shower too. We rented bikes and enjoyed riding them to restaurants, shops & all around the island. It was a wonderful , relaxing family vacation for me, my husband & our college age kids.
