Modern Beach house “CAIS” 1mile from the Beach and Pier Village

Very nice place. We were all very comfortable. Stayed here for the weekend to attend a wedding.

Great place and only a mile from the beach and main area. Would stay again!

Aside from some small cleanliness issues (leftover fries in the oven drawer and orange peels found in the game room) as well as the very steep and slippery steps, it was a nice place to stay! I would recommend not wearing socks when going down steps as it posed a slipping hazard for our group.

Wonderful property. Perfect location, close to beach, a small downtown area, and boardwalk & shopping. We had a great stay. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Andrea's modern beach house while in town for a family reunion. We had one small issue during our stay but Andrea and her husband rectified immediately. They were both very communicative and kind! The location is great, quiet, private, but close to the beach, restaurants and pier village. Lots of parking! We enjoyed the game room garage and appreciated all of the outdoor seating available to hang out on the patio. My kids were happy to see some books, toys and games there for entertainment. The space was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with plates, glasses, pots, pans, etc. The main floor shower was great, really loved the waterfall shower head. Only thing worth noting was that there are exactly 8 towels, which are the newer thin turkish style (I liked them, others in our party didn't) so everyone had to keep track of which was theirs and there were no provided washcloths. We were given extra hand towels to use as a replacement which was fine, I just recommend having some on hand. Would definitely stay here again if we came back into the area!

Very family friendly home awesome playroom and fully loaded kitchen The house is in a great location about 1 melee to the beach with plenty of parking. Great restaurants and stores to shop at if the weather is not great for the beach

This house needs a deep clean. We found mold in the laundry washing machine (which we cleaned). Dried up contacts on the bedside table, food on the kitchen floor, dirty coffee makers, bag of trash behind the house, etc.
