Modern Alki Beach House - Steps from the Sand

The location can't be beat. Right next to the beach, next to lots of restaurants, including a newly opened all you can eat Korean BBQ. View at the rooftop deck of the beach is gorgeous for viewing beach sunrise and sunset. The condo is very new, modern, and clean. The master shower is huge and the master bedroom has its own private balcony. There's HBO and other streaming services available. Kitchen is well stocked with tools and convenient. Host is friendly and responsive. Weekly city trash service is convenient.

Location is a block off of Alki Beach. July and August weather was perfect. House was clean and ready for our stay. Excellent master bedroom on the third floor, the main living room and kitchen was functional on the first floor, and second floor bedrooms were spacious. Parking is on the first floor. Entrance is in the back. Communication with the landlord was excellent. Prompt and responsive to our questions and concerns. Overall, very satisfied. Planning our 2026 trip!

We stayed here for a month and loved this place. Very clean and modern. Great kitchen that met all of our needs. Kelly was fantastic as a host and very quick to answer any questions we had. Easy walk to Alki Beach and restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood too. Even saw a couple of bald eagles when sitting on the front porch.

We spent nearly 11 weeks in this property, mid-November through January 2021. We found the townhome very comfortable. The kitchen and master bath were among the highpoints. The Alki Beach area has some fine restaurants and pubs. But the main selling points aside from overall comfort are privacy and QUIET. The place is located on a dead-end street accessed by another dead-end street (!), so traffic is limited almost exclusively to residents and delivery service trucks. We would certainly return in better weather, but overall we were extremely pleased.

Close to the beach and restaurants with lots of space, everything is very clean and nice.

My family stayed at this wonderful home . It had all the comforts and luxuries nesessary for a great holiday. It is only a block back from the beach yet it is amazingly quiet. We hope to be back !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our month in your townhouse. The location is perfect for access to the beach. Close enough to just walk over and sit on the sand but in a quiet area away from the big crowds. Quick walk to many of Alki's restaurants. Gorgeous view from roof top deck. Neighbors were all very friendly, introducing themselves and offering assistance if we needed anything. Even got our exercise in going up and down all the stairs. Perfect for the two of us, would be great for a family.

My family of 5 adults and 2 children had a wonderful at this wonderful, well equipped, cozy modern townhome. Alki Beach walks, kite flying, walking distance to great restaurants and not far from the sights of Seattle. Don't miss the sunsets from the rooftop!

I love this townhouse, we had a great time when we were there. Very convenient with all the restaurants in the area also just a short drive to grocery stores. House is very clean and nice. Love the smart TV in the master bedroom. Only 2-3 mins walk to the beach, they even have beach toys for kids. It was one of our best family vacation!

We loved your beautiful new home! The location was excellent, all instructions were clear and the amenities plentiful. The beds were very comfortable and it was peaceful and quiet making it a very restful stay. We would love to return again and again!
