Modern, 6 bed south facing luxury villa.

We had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this home! Jim was very kind and thorough with all the information he relayed about the property. Check in was easy and the house had everything we needed!! Plenty of bath towels, lots of dishes and all the kitchen tools we needed, tons of pool towels(such a plus to save us from bringing them from home!), hand soaps in the bathroom(love having pump hand soap already in bathrooms!), and a closet with other things like a high chair, a vacuum, etc. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area and the game room! The upstairs loft area was a nice place to lounge and watch movies and play video games! The resort is also a great place to enjoy the pool, lazy river, slide and tennis and pickle ball! Overall a 10 out of 10 stay!! Thank you, Jim!

Quiet neighborhood, very responsive host. Secure gated community. Sometimes a bit of a line to get in, however makes you feel safe that not just anyone can get in. Very nice that trash is picked up daily. Only thing to say is that there was only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, some were not full rolls, no spices/ seasoning, sugar etc. there, only 2 trash bags. Just be prepared to buy these items when you go out to the grocery. Not a big deal at all, but good to know before you do your shopping. There is a combo keurig pod machine and traditional coffeepot. Convenient location to Disney. Beds were SUPER comfortable. slept like a baby! overall would highly recommend and would definitely book again.

Jim’s home is beautiful; clean, spacious, and well stocked. We were a group of 10 including teens, adults and seniors and the space was perfect for us. Beds are very comfortable and the hosts supplied an extra complete set of bedding for each room. There are plenty of towels, dishes and cutlery for large groups. The backyard pool and spa area is large with ample seating. It’s in the sun most of the day and has a privacy screen. The home is just a short walk to the clubhouse with the lazy river, large heated pool, tennis and Pickleball courts.We spent the Christmas holiday at the house and the hosts had a beautiful tree and other Christmas decorations out. There is a fun games room in the garage. Jim was quick to respond to any questions I had.

We stayed here over spring break and couldn’t have asked for a nicer house. The house looks exactly like the pictures and was very clean. With 6 bedrooms and a huge living room area upstairs the kids were able to have their own space. The owner was very accommodating and even let us check in early. He also was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We also liked that the bottom of the screen in the pool area was different so that you had more privacy when in the pool. There were several lounge chairs as well as a table to be able to sit outside by the pool all day long and enjoy. We would definitely recommend this house!

Great house, We brought my parents and adult children for a family vacation and I did a lot of searching for the right property and glad that I found this one. Jim was very responsive to questions leading up to and during our stay, check in and check out process was great would definitely stay here again.

The home is stocked with a lot of towels which is welcome! The kitchen is stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The home is perfect. There is a ps4 which is a plus!

This home is exactly as pictured. Lots of space to hang out. Walking distance to the community pool. We were there over spring break so community pool was a bit crowded. The backyard pool is a nice size and nice and private. Location was convenient to lots of things including a grocery store not far away. Communication was excellent! Thus is a great place for families!!

It was great, had more than enough room and various activities!

This property is very family friendly, the upstairs loft is an added bonus for the kids to have their own area in the evenings. The house was very clean & spacious. The complex is safe and our kids all enjoyed the complex pool with water slide & lazy river. Thank you Jim for allowing us to rent your property. We had a fantastic vacation.

Good: house is brand new with lots of amenities including pool towels, high chair, pack and play, lots of kitchen supplies. Every bathroom had a blow dryer. Easy walking distance to club house. The kids loved the pool. Home owner was very prompt on all emails and inquiries. Not so great: We we’re charged in pounds rather than US dollars. VBRO says it should have been charged in dollars but homeowner says he’s not getting help resolving the issue. As a result of this we were charged a $150 foreign transaction fee and have spent a number of calls on the phone with VRBO saying it’s the home owners responsibility. We feel VRBO should work with the home owner to fix this but it hasn’t been fixed. We asked for a $150 refund from homeowner and he hasn’t done that either saying it’s not his issue. Well it’s not our issue that our payment was ran incorrectly even though the site quoted and I have emails showing quotes in US dollar.
