Modern 5BR LA Retreat Minutes from SoFi, Forum & LAX!

One of the best places I’ve rented in the L.A. area, plenty of bedrooms and beds, a big kitchen and living room, garden, etc. Also, takes a 30 min drive to all the places you want to visit, such as: Hollywood bldv, Venice and Santa Monica, Long Beach, Downtown, Universal Studios. Cathy is very responsive, and helps you in everything you need. I hardly recommend this property!

The size of the home was perfect for our group size. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, with plenty of parking. The beds were cozy. I gave this home three stars because of lack of cleanliness in some areas mainly the kitchen.The home has 3 separate drawers in the kitchen that appears to be “junk drawers” several random items that would be useless to a guest. This made me feel as though the house is lived regularly in when it’s not booked. The AC vents upstairs and downstairs look like the filters have not been changed in years.The cabinet in the kitchen near the AC vent were filthy with dust. The cabinet / pantry was filthy with crumbs. The baseboards in several rooms had evidence of pet urine. There’s evidence of mold and mildew in the wall from a leak. There was also a leak from plumbing issues that came from upstairs that flooded the main living room and filled up bucket that we had to place there to catch the leak. It’s clear that this is ongoing issue because the ceiling appears that it will fall down any day. After reaching out to the host, we were informed that a Maintenance Man will come to check on the leak and they never showed up. The home is big and has the bare minimum when it comes to Furniture. With a few upgrades and repairs and clearly a new cleaning crew, this home could be really great.

The house was exactly as expected. We had a group of 5 adults and one child. Comfortable bedrooms, nice floor plan, and the kitchen and dining room worked well for breakfasts (we were gone the rest of the day). We have family close by, so the location was perfect for us. It isn't luxurious, but it was a great space for our family. The host is great to work with, she is the best host we've had regarding communication!

The house was great. We even had a front yard with Blow up Snowmen and mini trees with lights. Very festive. We were close to SoFi Stadium which is why we were there.

I’m so pleased to make this review. Our host was very helpful and informative, giving us information as we needed it for the area we were staying. The home was amazing. We had four couples traveling together and all stayed very comfortably in this home. Kitchen was well stocked, washer and dryer very useful to us. Plenty of towels, wash cloths, shampoo, soap etc…. Neighborhood was family based and we felt very safe in the home. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

Great location. We felt it was centrally located for what we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood, nice house. We had 7 people and had plenty of room. Would definitely rent again.

First time in Los Angeles, the location was perfect as everything was close by. Communication with host was great! we had a porblem with opening the front door with the code and she was quick to respond and resolve it. There was 11 of us, there was plenty of room to accommodate all of us

The house was very spacious for our whole family. It was centrally located to everything we wanted to do and see. There was some issues with closing the back door. I would love to stay again.

The place was just as listed. We needed a lot of rooms and beds and this fit the bill. We were arriving early for check in day and the place was ready prior due to it being unoccupied the day prior so the host allowed us to check in early which was great and appreciated. Plenty of towels. Overall would stay again.

Great trip

Great house, lots of rooms and beds and that is what we were looking for. Was a great landing place for a volleyball tournament at the convention center.

Very beautiful property. Extremely spacious and has some hidden gems.

The trip got off to a rocky start. The check in code didn't work and the host was not responding to messages through VRBO or answering the phone, so I had to reach out to a VRBO agent who had to contact host and get door activated. That all took about 40 to 45 minutes. Mind you it's now 12:30 AM and we finally get the code and as we start to wind down and start getting ready for bed, we find out the master bedroom toilet won't flush and the shower in the master bedroom leaks water downstairs in the hallway. I texted the host and informed her. It was late, so I didn't expect a response till the morning. She responded early that morning and sent a plumber over. She apologized for all the issues we've had so far. The house is in a great neighborhood and close to everything. It was clean and beds were very comfortable. More than enough space for 7 people to move about. Bedrooms downstairs don't have TV's. Had a ironing board, but no iron.Broken blinds in several rooms need to be replaced. Private, fenced in back yard was nice. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in LA.

It was clean. In a relatively good neighborhood (considering some of the neighborhoods around. The houses seemed kept up. This house has some nice things, like how many beds and bedrooms there are. It was clean. It fit our needs great. The beds weee good (it is not a Hilton) Overall a great stay and a great experience. Place seemed safe and clean. And cared for.

Great big place, lots of room and very clean

We had a wonderful stay. The place is spacious and clean, making for a very comfortable stay for our large group. The only issue we encountered was with the upstairs bathroom toilet, which occasionally got stuck or wouldn’t flush properly. Despite this inconvenience, the overall atmosphere and communication with the host were excellent. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for a stay in LA!

Overall very satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, and was within 10 minutes of where we were needing to go. The host was quick to reply when we had a plumbing problem, and had someone over to fix it the next morning.

The property is very nice and in a central location where you can get to everything. The host was just a phone call away to take care of any situation . This property was perfect for our 11 family members ❤️ We stayed a couple of days before boarding our cruise. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, shopping near by!

We stayed the weekend to go watch that Raiders/Rams game and this house was perfect for everything we needed. Two master bedrooms and three bathrooms. It was clean. Perfect place

Great location, clean, spacious and perfect for families traveling in big groups . Our 15 passenger van fit perfect in the driveway and the neighborhood was quiet and respectful. We would stay here again in the future.

It was nice place. Clean neighborhood it was perfect for our visit. We do big family trips often so this home fit us all under 1 roof!!

The house was as advertised. Enough room for a family of nine. Check in was easy, house was very clean.

The house is about 8 minutes to the Sofi Stadium and the neighborhood is quiet. The house has plenty of space even for a large family. Beds are comfortable. The second floor had no A/C but both rooms upstairs have celling fans and that helped keep them cool enough to sleep comfortably. Host was responsive and answered all our questions. Overall, we would stay here again in the future.
