Modern 5 BD|4 BR with Pool & Downtown Views

My family and friends we booked this house for Thanksgiving week. It is a very convenient location as we went to AT&T stadium and then had people coming in from both airports and it was fairly close to both. It was close to downtown so we were able to find some great restaurants. And shopping. As it was November, we weren’t really able to use the pool however we did sit outside a couple of afternoons, enjoying the sun. The home was well stocked with supplies! We had mixed feelings about the area surrounding the home. It is interesting as it is a complete mixture of new and old and ran down homes with that being said it was quiet and we really didn’t see any people the entire time we were there, but at first, we had family members that were very concerned Just to be fair. No issues occurred whatsoever. I even one afternoon took a long walk through the park that is fairly close by. I also reached out to property manager to ask questions when we first rented the house however I never received any feedback reached out again closer to our travel date and got our answers. Not sure what happened in the beginning and to be honest I didn’t think about it until we got closer to being on the trip.

Group of 9 friends on a trip. Beautiful home, would definitely book it again. Convenient to everything. Quiet neighborhood. Surrounding homes need some love though.Great experience overall.

Lovely house. Location isn’t the best but it’s safe. Would give this home a 5 stars but water was leaking from ceiling on our first night, and it just kept leaking from other parts of the house. But overall it was a good stay. The property manager was responsive.

The house was beautiful but the pool was unusable There was broken glass all in the pool. We reported it but the pool person didn’t come until Saturday morning at 10 as we were leaving. The surrounding area around the pool had cigarette butts and debris. We understood that it was a non smoking property. The neighborhood is transitional

The house was clean and accommodated our group of 10 easily. The pool was a little murky when we arrived, but the property manager sent someone out the next day to clean it. Overall, a great weekend!

Mistakes were made; however, they were remedied. 14 people traveling from out of state for the Solar Eclipse - booked this property 1 year in advance. -Initially unable to get in touch with property owner/manager a few weeks prior to check in - ultimately had to call VRBO twice to be connected with someone. -Two hrs before check in, received an email stating our reservation was cancelled due to unforeseen damage and maintenance - did not include lodging options or a resolution to the problem, just that it was being cancelled. We went to the home regardless to find out there was work being done on the roof after water damage - the rest of the house was in livable condition. After panicking for a few hours, were finally able to speak to someone who stated we could continue to stay at the home with the construction crew coming and going for two days and we would receive a credit for that time. This was fine with us as there likely wasn't any other options for 14 people to stay together during the busiest weekend in Dallas. They also sent some cookies. -Originally offered pool heat at an additional cost/day - later told pool heat no longer available due to high costs, given another credit or this inconvenience. -Breaker that controls the power to the dishwasher tripped, the breaker box is in the garage which is locked, had to contact the property managers again to have someone come out, unlock the garage and flip the breaker. All in all, everything was fine but it was stressful.

We had my son's birthday party here and everyone loved the house. The backyard was perfect and we used the rooftop for our movie night. Overall amazing! We will be using this house again in the future. Thank you for having us.

The property was hands down one of the most beautiful I have ever stayed. I stayed in the master bedroom and that was probably one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in a long time. The host was very responsive and amazing at communication. The rooftop was beautiful and had a small fire pit as well as a rest room. The pool area was cute. Overall I’d stay again.

We had a great time, the house was huge. I plan on visiting again.
