The open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen has a gas fireplace and soaring 2-story plus windows. Another fireplace in the den/family room. A gas grill is on a patio accessed from the kitchen. Outside the third floor is a large private patio with a 7-person hot tub surrounded by aspens and pine trees in a mountainside protected open space. These four bedrooms (plus family room sofa queen foldout) are perfect for two families or a luxurious 3 couple get-away…. each with their own in-suite baths.

Salt Lake City International Airport is 40 minutes away and the townhouse complex is at a stop on the free bus line providing easy access to Deer Valley and all parts of Park City including Park City (Canyons) Mountain Ski Resort.

Main (mid) Level: A large L-shaped sectional provides ample seating and comfort to kick-back on after a day on the slopes. Over the fireplace is a flat screen TV. The adjacent dining room table seats 8 with 3 additional seats at the breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances, a gas Wolf range/oven and a stretch of granite counter space accommodates the prep of elaborate … or on the go meals. Wine and cocktail glasses and trays (along with common supplies) are perfect for your après ski cocktail party.
A king bed/bath master suite is also on this level with a double vanity and an additional separate entrance to the bath from a common hallway. Bedroom includes a flat screen TV and closet built-ins with shelves/drawers.

Upper Level: Family room/den with desk, fold-out queen sofa, fireplace and flat screen TV. Queen bedroom with flat screen TV and closet built-ins with shelves/drawers. Master suite king with in-suite bath and views to mountain forest. Access to this bath is also provided from a common hallway with sliding door system to provide privacy for all when using two separate vanities, shower and bathroom facilities.     It was our first time skiing Deer Valley. Dan and JoAnn had lots of helpful advice for us first timers. Condo is extremely close to the base of the mountain. Very spacious and well appointed with everything you need to be comfortable and cook your own meals. The “Deer Valley Difference” is for real! Would definitely stay again!

    This home was absolutely perfect for our family getaway, comfortably accommodating 5 adults and 2 kids (ages 5 and 3). We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The house is well-stocked with all the essentials, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, and more. There were ample towels, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, making it feel like a home away from home.One of the best features is its close proximity to Deer Valley. We didn’t rent a car and relied on the free bus system, which worked out great. The bus stop is just a short walk from the house, though it’s worth noting that the house is situated on a bit of a hill. After a long day of skiing, the walk back up can feel like a bit of a workout! That said, it’s a small trade-off for such a fantastic location and a wonderful stay.We also really appreciated how responsive the owner and property manager were during our stay. When we had trouble getting the fire going, they came over quickly to help us resolve the issue. Additionally, the office/den was a huge bonus for our group, as two adults needed to work remotely for part of the trip. It provided a quiet and comfortable space to be productive.We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again!
