Modern 4 BD, 3.5 BA Ocean View, Steps from Beach, backyard, linens & bath towels

Newer property in good order and convenient to the beach, groceries and park area. The decks were nice to have and there was plenty of space.

Our family of 11 had a great stay. We had plenty of room. The house was very clean and modern. Close walk to shops, restaurants, and the beach.

The location of this house was great. Close to beach and park. Water park for small children was close by as well as the playground. House had all the supplies we needed. Grocery store was within walking distance. Views of the beach could be seen from the front and back porches of house. It was quiet and family friendly. We enjoyed the house and would stay again if we vacation on Oak Island again.

This home had plenty of space for our friends and family. The rooms were clean and well-stocked. When I contacted the owner regarding a portion of the screened porch being torn (due to a very recent storm), she responded and had the screen repaired quickly. The location to grocery, restaurant, coffee, and ice cream places was perfect. The beach was only a couple of blocks away and the property is located right next to the park, where we could attend the artisans market as well as the Friday night live music by just walking or even sitting on the porch! We'll definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. Beach was super close and having the Supernarket across the was quite convenient. Everything in the house was well thought out and cabinets well stocked with everything we needed. Kids made carport into their own pickleball court. Would love to revisit OKI and this would be the first house we would look to book.

The home is immaculately kept, well furnished and equipped. It’s central location is within walking distance of the beach, Publix, pizza, bbq, coffe and ice cream. A great place to unwind and catch your breath.

Beautiful house with all the amenities you could need. Walking distance to the beach, the grocery store, shopping and restaurants. 6 of us spent hurricane Ian in the house and managed to still have a great time. The owners were very helpful and easy to deal with. We will definitely book again! Thanks Steve and Susan

Rented the property for a long weekend. The home was as described and pictured. Though we didn’t cook much, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and served our needs well. It is nicely decorated and is in a great locale. There is a Publix/Domino’s across the street from the house which worked well for us. There is a home being built (currently) behind the house but it didn’t impact our trip much. The walk to the beach is quite reasonable. Because we had children with us and lots of stuff we we rented a golf cart for our stay. Beside the ocean there is a nearby park/playground. Lots of porch options. Though not oceanfront you can see the ocean from the front porches. Host was very communicative and helped with a request we had. Would love the visit the priperty again sometime.
