Ideally located next to the Judkins Park lightrail station, you are a ride or 10 min drive from Pike Place Market or Bellevue and Redmond. Includes a private gated yard and dedicated parking spot for easy commuting.

The 3-story layout offers excellent privacy for groups:

First Floor: Two quiet bedrooms—one Queen andone Full-size—sharing a full bathroom. Ideal for kids or colleagues.

Second Floor: gathering space with an open-concept kitchen and living room featuring a 60 Smart TV (Apple TV included) and a balcony perfect for your morning brew.

Third Floor: A private bedroom suite with ensuite bathroom and dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair—zoom with a view!

Rooftop: A fourth-floor terrace with views of the downtown skyline.

The AC head units are on the second and third floors, and the first floor generally stays cool throughout the summer since cooler air naturally sinks. There are also fans provided in the first floor rooms if needed though.

    Great place, close to highway. It was nice to have plenty of dishes and some condiments in the kitchen (we added more). We had a family of 4 adults. My husband myself and our 2 adult sons. There are 4 levels - walk in on bottom level where 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are. Next level is the kitchen and living room and there is a balcony on this level. Next level there is the master bedroom with the laundry and another balcony and a master bath. Next level you will find the rooftop. The parking in Seattle is the worst but this place has a designated parking spot that is nice to have and behind a gate. The spot is very tight to turn into but it’s possible. A smaller car could be easier (hubby drives a firetruck) so we managed with our van.Lots of windows and shades to pull down if too much light. We didn’t have any complaints. The heat worked well me for me and everyone had their own heat settings so that was nice The access to everywhere was so easy and the airport is 20 minutes awayI saw a lot of homeless people everywhere but none directly looking out of the windows. But only on the main roads to get there. All in all I would stay here again

    The host was extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. Very spacious for 4 guests and even had some bonus ameneties like board games. The notes left by the host were all so helpful too on how appliances worked, good eats in the area, and general knowledge of the area. Will definitely stay here again next time.

    Good location to downtown access. Parking on-site was a huge plus as on street parking was non-existent. Clean, well kept. Only negative would be the rooftop deck didn’t really have any furniture or tables that you would dare sit on or use. Overall, would recommend for sure.

    This is the perfect place for a family of 5 to visit Seattle. The home is well kept and centrally located. The street can be a bit crowded so the dedicated parking spot was a big plus. Would stay here again.

    We had such a great time in a clean and beautiful home. Everything was stocked and the home is in the middle of town which made commuting very convenient. The street is quiet and we enjoyed gathering as a family- especially on the roof top!

    This is an excellent property that is worthy of its 5 star review. This is a clean, modern, nicely decorated, convenient property with all amenities covered including a much needed parking space. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck with plenty of seating, a BBQ and gas fire pit. Will try to rent again when in the area visiting family again. Communication with the owner was excellent as well as the check in and out procedure. A definite 5 star property.
