Unfortunately, one of the beds did not appear to have been properly cleaned. When the comforter was pulled back, there were multiple curly hairs on the sheets that appeared consistent with pubic hair, which was very concerning. We also noticed ants in the master bathroom.While I communicated these concerns during our stay, since departure, I have made multiple attempts to contact the owner to discuss these issues and request reasonable compensation for the inconvenience, but received no response. The lack of communication and follow-up from management was especially disappointing and is a major reason for the 2-star rating.
