Modern 3BR 1BTH with Hot Tub Minutes Away From Gulf Beaches

Everything described was as is. The fenced in backyard was great. House was clean, comfortable with lots of space. I would stay here again.

Nice clean place to stay. Showers are luke warm, would have been nice to take a hot shower.

The property was as listed with a great outdoor area. The beach chairs and towels were nice to have and the house overall was comfortable and cozy.

Our stay was wonderful. Great location close to beaches (15 min). Responsive host. Clean. Hot tub and fire pit are great touches. Only suggestions (our own personal input of course) would be to add at least one mirror (preferably full length) somewhere in the home (especially with only 1 bathroom), hot water does not stay hot for more than one shower time, a cooler for guest use with other beach gear available, and fridge does not get or keep things cold. We bought ice for drinks and a cooler for items we wanted to stay cold. Overall still 5 stars. Thanks for a great trip.

Excellent home! Clean and well furnished, with a great outdoor space. The hot tub was very nice and the new addition of the golf putting holes was fun. Easy drive to Clearwater beaches and other activities. Neighborhood is quiet - close to grocery stores and a few parks. We really enjoyed our stay!

Was looking for a place with 3 bedrooms relatively close to Clearwater. This property fit the bill. All appeared to be recently upgraded. The jacuzzi was a hit. Very close driving distance to Clearwater Beach. Would book this again in a heartbeat.

We recently stayed at a house in Largo, FL, and it was an absolute delight! The home was spotless and furnished just right for our requirements. Our host, Nguyen Le, was exceptional and always quick to respond. I noticed some older reviews and photos, but I'd like to point out the recent upgrades. The patio now boasts new seating, and there's a brand-new fire pit. Additionally, guests can enjoy a Bags (Cornhole) Set and a state-of-the-art Gas Outdoor Grill. Its proximity to Clearwater Beach made the location unbeatable.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. We were 3 adults and 2 toddlers and were very comfortable. The property was very clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Short drive to the beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed the outside area. Hot tub added to our Clearwater experience night. The weighted blank was very nice touch.
