A second guest bedroom to the right features a queen-sized bed, a large dresser, and a smart TV. The third guest bedroom is outfitted with two full-sized comfy beds, a smart TV, some fun artwork, and plenty of space to hang out and relax. Another full bath is located between the guest rooms with updated finishes and a luxury spa-like feel. A half bath located in the hallway is perfect for guests in the kitchen and living area. You will also find a full-sized washer & dryer tucked away in the laundry closet off the main hallway.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more. The choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

WHAT IS INCLUDED
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7 night minimum with a mandatory Saturday to Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
