Situated in the quiet neighborhood of Dory Pointe, Pelican’s Perch is surrounded by sand and pines, including a large greenbelt of pine forest along the private patio in the back.

The spacious great room includes a gas fireplace, a 55” TV/DVD, plenty of contemporary furniture, and charming beach decor. The bright, open, fully equipped kitchen has all you’ll need to serve meals in the dining room or step out to the patio with its hot tub, gas barbecue, patio seating for 8, Adirondack chairs for lounging, and even a fire-pit for time under the stars. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, including a king primary suite, plus a landing/den with a double futon, full bath, TV/DVD, and a movie/book library! You’ll find a small working station for those remote learning or working.

Activities for the entire family include foosball, ping pong, shuffleboard, pop-a-shot, cornhole, beach toys, bikes, and games. Parents will appreciate the high chair, stroller, and Pack n’ Play for the youngest ones. It’s easy to find plenty to do outdoors since you’re within walking distance of woodsy trails to the beach (less than a five-minute walk to the beach), where you’ll find dory boats launching, surfers daring the waves and lots of tide-pool creatures in the marine garden at Cape Kiwanda. Head off to these adventures and more, knowing you’ll be relaxing in comfort on your own Pelican’s Perch at the end of the day!

Absolutely beautiful and clean home. They had a ton of activities to do for kids and adults. Hot tub, shuffleboard, ping pong table, firepit, wifi, and backyard forest to explore! They even had beach supplies available to use! We will be back again! -Amanda, Pelican's Perch Guest
