Stayed Jul 19, 2025The communication from the Host was un- matched. She sent several messages, even giving a major traffic update the day before. The house is brand new and spotless. The location is excellent. The bedrooms are well appointed and thought out, even the pull out sofa was comfortable. Having laundry was a big plus as well. Overall I highly recommend staying here, we stayed 2 nights and enjoyed every minute. 10/10!

Stayed Jun 10, 2025Quite an experience, a gazillion times better than other places we've stayed at!!Family was in Seattle for our daughter's graduation at UW. We had this Green Lake home and it served as a perfect home base for us while we were in town. Place was brand new, sparkly clean and had modern fixtures. We can't emphasize enough how this place is top-notch compared to other VRBO-Airnbnb and hotel properties we've stayed at. Quiet and safe location, lake just at the end of the street (good for morning walks) and UW campus only about 5-minutes away by car. Close to the freeway when we needed to sightsee in downtown Seattle and Bellevue (and there is a backdoor around the lake and onto Aurora Ave). Host was very responsive when we had questions and the home has most of the amenities you'd need for an extended staycation. Our stay was perfect, all family members had a great time and this gets added to our core memory!

Stayed Jun 6, 2025This is a wonderful and very clean property! Great location within easy walking distance to nearby Greenlake and various restaurants.
