Modern 2-bedroom home with patio

My friend and I were in town for the Seattle Beast Spartan Race. The property was in a nice location and pretty clean. The sleeping rooms are really small but the living room is spacious. It was a pretty routine stay until the last day when we got caught in traffic and did not arrive back at the house until 10:10am. We were slightly late checking out but the cleaners had already thrown our clothes out into the living room and randomly packed up the rest of whatever stuff (she put some of our stuff in different bags and actually ripped one of my nice jackets). We did not receive any warning from the owner and then he messaged me that he was going to charge us a late checkout and and a smoke cleaning fee. We never smoked on the property but did have some joints with our stuff (which was moved and is completely legal in Seattle). Honestly it was a very nice trip until we came back to our stuff everywhere which just completely ruined my time. It was just so violating that someone went through out stuff and just threw it on the ground. I understand the late checkout (even though it was 10 minutes) because of the traffic but now it just seems like an owner who is trying to milk more money out of us.

Went for a weekend trip, was happy to be in a quiet area but only 10 minutes from downtown. Everybody enjoyed the stay.

Great proximity to downtown, 15min Uber. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and cafe’s in West Seattle. Lovely, clean, and perfect for us!

Nice place to stay in West Seattle. Clean, newer, good space for 4 adult guest. Very good host to work with. Close to Lumen Field and Alki Beach area which we really enjoyed. It was shy on a few items that are said to be added once we let the host know : microwave in the kitchen , hair dryer in the bathroom, a working coffee pot , hot pads and bar soap in the bath room. Parking is on the street on a hill and there was room for our large truck. It would have been helpful to know in advance that the access was uphill and multiple sets of steps to reach the entry way.

Great location, very nice place as it was spotless when we arrived. Worked perfectly for us as our daughter had her own room for the week and the host is super responsive. I would highly recommend if you’re in the Seattle area.

Walkable to West Seattle fun spots and bus. Great set up if you need to work during your stay. Beautiful kitchen. Street parking was abundant.

The property was perfect for our stay. Clean and comfortable and great location for us.
